Dean can’t tell which makes him more uncomfortable. That his little brother was always this much of a masochist, or if this soulless thing was just putting on a show for him.
“You love me, don’t you,” Sam breathes, the apple of his cheekbone purple and red now with bruises. Dean has to remind himself that this isn’t Sam. “Yeah, you do,” Sam runs his tongue over his lips. “It's hard to watch.”
Sam’s soft, babying tone with him hits Dean right in the gut. Dean’s going to fucking kill him.

Sero,” Shoto sobs. “Help me, please—“
He shakes, burying his face into his chest. His boyfriend turned out to be a psycho killer, but at least he was here now, and Shoto would be safe, and maybe things would be okay. Maybe he was trying to convince himself of something, anything. Sero strokes the back of his hair. When Shoto looks up, he’s smiling. Then he breaks out into a grin, and says in the same voice he’s been hearing all this time on the phone and in his dreams:
“… Surprise, princess.”
Fuck.

After a bad day at work.
“Take off your shorts.”
Shoto looks at him dumbly. Touya gives her a crooked smile, not quite reaching his eyes.
“I— I don't have any burns there, I think?” she responds.
“Do it.”
Shoto falters. “Oh. Okay,” she whispers. Slipping the shorts off, lifting her hips, letting them fall off the bed. She doesn’t know where to look, how to cross her legs.
“All of it,” Touya scolds.
This time she looks at him a little desperately, pleading in a small voice, “Here?”
“Yeah, why not?” he shrugs. “It’s just me. Come on, let your big brother take care of you.”
