Bloodhound gave him a breathy chuckle. “You’re too kind, mitt Walter.”
“Yours, ay?’ the grenadier boasted, grinning at the blush spreading across the other’s cheeks.
Pleased that Walter caught onto the use of their native language, the tracker found a sudden urge of confidence and leaned forward to press their forehead against his which caused their lips to brush slightly. “If we are now together as you would say, you will know that I am very possessive of things that are mine.”
“I think I can get behind that,” Walter whispered against their lips, his eye lidded as he watched them closely. “You’re bloody stuck with me.”

Castiel and Dean had been childhood best friends since their first meeting in second grade. A few years into their friendship, after their own parents had grown closer, their families came together for a summer vacation to the Novak’s family beach house. It had become a yearly experience for the families, and the boys grew closer than ever. However, Dean’s father found a better job opportunity after the boys had graduated– as his family had been struggling financially.
With the stress of dealing with his father’s issues, Dean found it hard to express his feelings toward his best friend and he was unsure if he had what it took to tell him before their last summer together was over—before they left for college.
He found it so hard but didn’t know Castiel felt the same way.

Being a medical doctor at the DSO comes with the exclusive package of going home late and carrying exhaustion like a second skin. But being a medical doctor living with a DSO agent comes with its own package too—waiting up at night, worrying every time he comes home late, and learning how to love someone whose life is constantly in danger.
Still, somehow, they make it work.
With split chores neither of them finishes properly, dishes left in the sink after long shifts, Leon’s jacket permanently abandoned on the floor instead of the rack, and quiet moments shared between exhausting days.
So, does Mr. Kennedy recommend dating a doctor?
Absolutely Not.
Too stubborn. Terrible sleep schedules. Will absolutely psychoanalyze your injuries while stitching you up.
Unfortunately for Leon, he’s already too in love to back out now.
And somewhere along the way, they realize home was never really a place.
