Colin is standing beside him at the catering table, poking disconsolately at a lemon danish. “Hmm?” he says. “Sorry, what?”
“I mean, Colin, you’re always getting your kit off in all your other films, so where’s our love scene?” Inwardly, Taron is screaming. Outwardly, he’s nudging Colin in the side with his own elbow, slopping a bit of lukewarm tea over the edge of his Keep Calm and Love Colin Firth mug.
Or, Taron makes some incredibly suspect life decisions, wanks off more than any human being ever should, and utterly fails to Keep Calm.

“Yes, Armand; I would love to know.” Came the reply from Daniel’s friend, a little condescending, but that was alright, Armand didn’t mind.
A quick gaze at Daniel proved him to be only mildly amused. How far would he allow Armand to go then?
“I could do a small demonstration. If you’re curious.”

There is no reason not to throw a party. There is no reason not to invite every person Daniel's ever met.There is no reason for Armand to show up. But that is besides the point.

Summary
When Daniel trails through the scattered pages back to Armand, once again ten million dollars richer, the vampire is already standing up and brushing dust from his clothes. “I want to watch Breaking Dawn - Part 2,” he tells Daniel.
“Uh.” Daniel must have set off something strange in this loop. “Ever heard of Groundhog Day?” he hedges. “Also, unrelated question: Does today feel strangely familiar?”
Armand’s jaw twitches. “The only familiarity of today, Mr. Molloy,” he says snippily, “is that incessant inability of yours to do your job and listen.”
“Jesus,” Daniel says. “Forget it, then.”
“I want to watch Breaking Dawn - Part 2,” Armand repeats.
Daniel is trapped in a time loop. Armand seems irrelevant to it, until he isn't.
