Lewis was not a small man.
Max knew this. Objectively, factually, in every way that could be measured - Lewis was not small. He was built like something engineered, all compact muscle and clean lines, broader in the shoulder than people expected when they saw him outside the car. Max had watched him enough times to know exactly what was under the clothes. Had seen him on podiums, seen him command rooms, seen him make people twice his size step back without doing anything except existing at full volume.
