Summary
An alternate timeline to A Girl of Many Faces.
In one timeline, Izumi Midoriya was found by All Might when her Quirk went berserk, setting her on the path to becoming a Hero that would far surpass even the Symbol of Peace.
Here, it was a different Hero that found her, setting off a chain of events that would create a villain who wants nothing more than to tear down the corrupt society so intent on treating her and others as less than human.

Summary
Midoriya Izumi didn't make regular friends growing up. Quirkless and moving to a completely different middle school made it difficult to pick...human friends. Izumi became friends with Japan's crows, giving her an insight her human teachers couldn't, and became Karasu, the Black Bullet Killer, a gun for hire and hunter of heroes, and shaking up Japan from the Underground up.
Or Izumi is a gun for hire with socializing problems and crows as her only friends, incredible aim, and an unnatural ability to create her own support items that shakes up the Underground, while Izumi still searching herself and how to connect to others, be it fellow villains, crows, friends, engineers.
