Alastor snapped his head around so fast he could have pulled a muscle. Fortunately, one of the best things about being dead was that pain was merely a suggestion.
“Pardon?” he asked, the edges of his smile turning slightly rigid.

Summary

She creates a plan that hopefully erases a possible betrothal with Prince Daemon Targaryen or perhaps placates him enough to create an amicable relationship between them.
