Louis liked reading best because he saw these characters as just people with their lives taken out of their own hands. Their world came from the mind of someone else, and Louis wished he had that privilege. He wished that his problems existed because someone else gave them to him and so could just as easily take them away. But he didn’t believe in any kind of higher power. The only thing controlling him was fear, and ultimately that was all on him.
Louis is severely agoraphobic and Harry is the phone sex operator who gives him that little bit of sanity.

I like how you
I like how you handled the beginnings of what could have played out as an awfully unhealthy, codependent relationship, and then also the agoraphobia, complete with Louis' racing thoughts and panicked stream of conciousness. You're absolutely right; people fix themselves, and I loved finding out how Harry and Louis achieved the start of something amazing together.

Santa, you rock! This prompt was what I really wanted to read.
I love the ways that you illustrated the differences between Ronon's time as a Runner and his first few days on Atlantis, and how hesitant he is to embrace this new life. I especially enjoyed Ronon's 'outsider' observations about Sheppard, his style of command and his values, and again with Teyla's physical grace and her fierce (and forgiving!) personality. I also really liked how you worked in bits of Ronon's backstory to contrast his past with the present.
Also -- hot air blowers!! I have been wishing for one of those for years, lol.
