This ship is single-handedly saving my college career by keeping me from burning out and going insane, so it’s about time I contribute to this beautiful corner of the fandom. Therapy is expensive but funger yaoi is free on the internet. What a time to be alive.
P.S. English is not my first language. Some of these works have text that are originally in Thai, but I will be adding translations for the sake of accessibility.
Title roughly translates to “Eat some food if you’re hungry, eat your buddies if you’re feeling bold”. It’s only slightly funnier in Thai.

Summary
Something that people often forget to mention about happy endings is that they're hard work in themselves. Maelle and Verso might not have faced off to decide the fate of the canvas, but that doesn't magically solve all of their problems. Within a restored Lumière and beyond, everyone who was part of Expedition 33's journey tries to figure out what kind of future they can imagine for themselves now that the conflict that had once dominated their existences is over, even though that doesn't mean all conflict is gone. That ends up coming with its own set of twists and turns though, with relationships growing and developing in unexpected ways as the days go by.
A good ending fic where happiness doesn't come easy, and people have to learn to finally speak their full truth if they want any real hope of healing.

And Verso, his Tattoo Artist, accidentally puts a little of his painter magic into Gustave's tattoo.

Verso had been up on the ledge, next to his sister. Had been waiting in the shadows for his father to kill this man... Gustave.
And then he'd suddenly had found himself down there by the cliff parrying the blow, which was supposed to end Gustave's life.---
Verso stops his father from dealing the killing blow and with this his troubles only get started!
