Summary

Summary
Sam hasn’t seen Dean for four years and his kid brother has changed. A lot. Sam can’t stop staring. Dean at thirteen had been awkward and painfully shy, his thick-rimmed spectacles constantly smeared with fingerprints and his ears too big for his head. He’d been round-cheeked and pudgy in the way teenage boys got just before they hit a growth spurt. Sam remembers laughing, his teasing verging across the line into mean, every time Dean’s voice came out in a pubescent squeak.
Sam has always been a bit of a dick.
