Summary
Croak lives a quiet life selling homemade ink to other dragons. Notably to one of his best clients, a hybrid between a SkyWing and a MudWing named Slag who is loud, rambunctious and will stop at nothing to get all the details he needs for his next big story. After stumbling upon a charred SeaWing corpse while out hunting squids, Slag is quick to appear at the scene of the crime and manages to convince Croak to come along with him and investigate the series of crimes happening in both the Sea and Mud Kingdoms. Dazai and Chuuya’s relationship was not a secret. Both the Port Mafia and the ADA knew about it. At first there were a lot of doubts about the two being in a relationship, but over time people got used to seeing the duo always together.
In fact, Dazai’s own co-workers seemed to like Chuuya more than they liked him! What an insane thought!
Or: literally just Chuuya getting along with the ADA members and Dazai going bananas over it

As if on instinct, his hand reached out, trying to grab a hold of the ginger. But the action was performed in vain for Chuuya slipped right through his fingers. "Goddamn it!"
