Hamato Yoshi walked around a bustling New York block, a duffle bag of his belongings, and happily smiling down at his new pet turtles. Staying in Japan would’ve killed him. He couldn’t stay there after he lost her. After he lost them both…He’s shaken out of his thoughts as strange, faint robotic noises fill his ears. He reaches a corner, and narrowly peeks around to see the source of the abnormal noises. He sees two completely identical men in suits. One of them lifts up a strange, glowing canister.

A father brings his daughter up to the roof of his apartment building to watch a meteor shower. A meteor shower in and of itself is a decently rare, but extraordinary experience. It’s even rarer to be able to see one in New York City due to all the light pollution. But it seems like tonight was one in a million. And in reality, it was. Just not nearly in the way we thought it would be.
