    Mike Wheeler is a journalism student with a part-time job at the Daily Bugle and a growing obsession with New York’s newest hero: Spider-Man.

    Will Byers is just trying to get through college, pay rent, and also happens to be the one swinging across the skyline at night.

    They meet at a party. They become friends. It would be simpler for everyone involved if it stayed that way.
    But Mike keeps searching for Spider-Man, and Will keeps hiding in plain sight - caught somewhere between wanting to be seen and being terrified of what happens if he is.

    And when something in the city starts to break, something strong enough to tear it apart, Will has to wonder if being Spider-Man is going to cost him everything.

    Or: two idiots, one secret identity, and absolutely no communication skills.
