When Buck jumps off a bridge to save a little girl during a call he winds up with a month off work and a slew of people coming to the Diaz house to take care of him and force him to rest. He's not going to admit how nice it is.
He would also like to point out- for the record- that he technically jumped out of a bus. It just so happened to be hanging halfway off a bridge at the time.

Summary
Tony Stark has worked hard to make sure everyone sees exactly what he wants them to. After all, they'd all rather see the asshole with the too-bright smile than the terrified person underneath who is desperately trying to conceal that which has caused him so much pain. Trust him, he knows.

‘Do you wanna talk about it?' Casey shook his head, then sighed again before he responded.
‘I didn’t think that today would still be as hard as it is, 3 years later…’ Severide nodded.
‘It was an extremely traumatic event Case, of course the day it happened is going to be hard, no matter how much time has passed. You’re coping with it really well though.’ Casey nodded, and Severide watched as he leant forwards with his elbows rested on his knees.
‘Sylvie has made it so much easier to cope with it all… but I feel so guilty. Every time I wake up from a nightmare I wake her up, and she has to deal with all the flashbacks, and panic attacks and… it’s just not fair on her, you know.’ Severide shook his head.
