sirius grapples the collar of his shirt into his hand. "look at me."
james obeys. sirius' grey eyes are faintly manic in the dim light and they flick over james’ face, left to right.
"who got in?" sirius asks intently.
"i bloody well invited him in, didn't i?" james groans, ribs smarting. he meets sirius' eyes again. "it's peter, padfoot. it's peter."
