Summary
Bill is a fisherman who just two weeks after discovering Hermione is pregnant goes off on his last fishing trip before the baby is born. After receiving a few letters Hermione then doesn't hear from Bill for months, assuming that the worst has happened.
This fic is about love, longing, grief, friendship and how it takes a whole village to not only raise a child but to also be pregnant during deep sadness and anxiety.
