Summary
“If this isn’t the right direction, I’m going to be so mad.”
Oliver’s stress levels spike instantly, but he keeps trudging along. A comment like that shouldn’t make him think twice anymore, and typically wouldn’t, the years with Luc doing wonders for the nerves of the scared man who used to always on guard. But right now, his brain and body are already in survival mode. And Oliver knows, he reminds himself, that Luc is normally very easygoing when it comes to travel, and the stress of their journey today would have gotten to a saint. Oliver continues walking forward determinedly, because he knows he’s right, so it’s all going to be okay.
Turns out, Oliver is wrong. And nothing is okay.

Eddie self-implodes. Christopher, seeking refuge, flees to Buck—whose priorities amount to, in varying order: take in the kid, get Eddie to talk to him, and keep the three of them afloat in the process. (Oh, and Tommy’s there too. He thinks.)
