    The scene in the kitchen doesn’t leave Lian alone for the entire week. Not that she’s disturbed by it, maybe a little distraught at most. Surprised? Maybe, even if she probably shouldn’t be. After all, she knew about her dad’s questionable taste in people – take her mom, for example – but, like, Red Hood? Seriously?

    And what if she had walked in on them just a few moments later? That would’ve earned her a whole new trauma and probably made her unable to look her dad in the eye for the rest of her life.

    Lian's life post-death is going pretty good, but currently she's got three big questions bothering her: Who has been stealing her snacks when she's not home, why is Red Hood sneaking into their house in the middle of the night, and what is going on with her dad and his best friend?

    She's going to get to the bottom of this.
