    “What do you think?” he eventually replied, heart thumping in his chest.

    Childe shrugged. “Everything. Nothing. Just…” He trailed off, not taking his eyes away from Scaramouche’s face the whole time. “You.”

    “Me,” he repeated, and Childe nodded.
