Katsuki first noticed him during a rainy Thursday in autumn. Katsuki could not not notice him. He stuck out like a sore thumb in the crowd, with his yellow backpack, green raincoat and red shoes.
It was the coat that bothered Katsuki the most. If you are going to pick yourself a goddamn green coat, at least match the green to your mob of green hair.

“I need to tell you something,” he starts, white-knuckled fists hanging clenched by his sides. “I was drunk at the party, like absolutely gone. And it’s no excuse but fucking Yaorashi kept pouring vodka straight into my mouth and I- I unintentionally kissed Camie.”
The world stills. Something inside Izuku comes to a complete stop and he doesn’t know how to make sense of it. His surroundings fade into static and white noise, Kacchan’s face blurring nebulous in front of him. For a long moment, he’s lost all feeling. Or maybe, what he feels is indiscernible, not quite angry, not quite heartbroken.
The closest thing to it is empty.
Kacchan accidentally kisses Camie while drunk. Izuku deals with the aftereffects.
