Chapter Text

Jimin hummed himself a little tune as he busies himself with a few chores, cleaning up a few items, organising the book shelves, dusting some of the expensive vases he owned, and anything else that needed tidying up. Nothing really needed to be cleaned around his expansive mansion that he owned with his husband; he was just trying to keep himself occupied.

Namjoon was running late and Jimin was awfully bored. Namjoon went out for midnight walks a few times a day, the only time he could go outside comfortably without getting skin blisters that could last for weeks. He was two hours late, a bit usual for Namjoon and Jimin was beginning to worry. "Where could he be?" Jimin pouted as he floated a few feet off the ground, reaching the top shelf of a bookcase to dust it.

Jimin didn't do well with being alone for long periods of time. He had a not so secret obsession with being praised. Namjoon would always tease him about it, giving him compliments just so he could see his face turn red. Jimin floated around a bit more, aimlessly drifting around his home as he waited for his husband.

A few minutes later, Jimin's nose caught whiff of something absolutely delightful. Other than the scent of his beloved, he smelt blood. Human blood. His mouth salivated at the scent as he raced down the stairs on foot. Once he reached the front door, he saw his partner dragging the body of what looked like a young man. "Oh Joonie, you brought home a human!" He cheers, clapping his hands together as he rushes over to the presumably dead boy.

Namjoon stops him before he's able to get too close though. "He's not dead Minnie, and he certainly isn't food. You know we don't run that way." Namjoon chides as he drags the boy upstairs to a spare bedroom. Jimin pouted. Namjoon didn't like feeding on humans unless he absolutely had to. They mainly got their food from animals that lived near the woods or from

their friend Hoseok who worked at a hospital.

They rarely fed on humans though, Namjoon saying it was "unethical" and that they shouldn't decide when someone should die. One time though, a group of foolish criminals broke into their lavish home. They instantly regretted their choice of house when the undead couple slit their throats. They fed from them for a few months until they were bone dry.

"Well if he isn't food, why is he here?" Jimin asked, wanting to know why a bloody stranger was staying in their home. Namjoon's response to his question was delayed. The man sighed as he removed the boy's bloody hoodie. "He was half dead in an alley, Jimin. I...I couldn't just leave him there." He briefly explained.

"What's the point of him being here? He's about to die, so why let a good meal go to waste?" Jimin says, drool already forming at the thought of dining from a human again. Namjoon hesitated again before speaking. "We can't Jimin. I...I bit him." The statement takes a while to process through Jimin's brain, and Namjoon already expected a meltdown.

"You bit him?! Are you fucking serious?!" Jimin rages, his chair falling back as he stood up. Namjoon completely expected this. Jimin was very sensitive when it came to Namjoon and his affection. To Jimin, biting was one of the most intimate things vampires could do, along with feeding from one another. To have Namjoon, his partner for centuries bite a complete stranger had his blood boiling.

Namjoon wanted to calm down his moody husband before he did anything too hasty. "Baby I couldn't just leave him there. Please understand. You were in his shoes once too, remember?" Namjoon whispered, pulling his heated mate into his arms. He tried to go in for a kiss, but Jimin pulled away. He stormed off into their own bedroom, but snatched the boy's bloody sweater off the bed, presumably to suck out the blood from his stains.

Namjoon wanted to go after his mate, but knew talking would be futile. He sighed as he went downstairs to grab a bowl, filling up with warm water and grabbing some towels and bandages from their closet. Namjoon wasn't a medic, but he tried his best to tend to the boy's wounds. They were already starting to close up a bit, an effect from Namjoon's bite.

He cleaned up all the blood with the towel, bandaged up the various stab wounds in his abdomen. This boy had got beaten up very badly. Namjoon was lucky he had gotten there when he did, or the boy would have sure been dead. After his body was cleaned up of all the blood, Namjoon put a few bandages on his face and wrapped one around his head.

Deeming his work suitable for now, he stepped back to examine the boy. He seemed young, Namjoon would guess early 20's. He wondered what the hell what kind of trouble the boy got himself into to get him beaten until he was at death's doorstep. Namjoon needed some type of name to give him. He should have some type of wallet with id. He began to pat down his legs, searching for something. He turned his body slightly so he could get to his back pockets, finally finding what he was searching for.

Namjoon pulled out a tattered, brown wallet, stained with the boy's blood. He searched through the thing, finding a plastic id card with a picture of the boy. "Jeon Jungkook?" He said aloud to himself. He noticed it wasn't a standard id. Instead, it said he belonged to a housing facility. It looked more like a keycard instead of an id. So it seemed the boy was homeless, or favored staying in shelters.

The Vampire put the wallet on the side table. He watched as the boy's chest rose and feel, yet Namjoon couldn't hear a heartbeat, his super hearing not detecting one. So he was dead, but his body was so used to the action of breathing that it continued it naturally. The boy seemed ok, but now he needed to check on Jimin. He carefully closed the door, then walked to their shared bedroom.

He found Jimin in the middle of the bed, furiously suckling at the fresh blood left on Jungkook's sweater. "Go away." He growled, the fabric in his mouth muffling his response. Namjoon ignored him, joining him on the bed. "Minnie I know you're upset, but-" Namjoon is cut off as Jimin scoffs. "You're damn right I'm upset." He huffed, a bit of blood smeared around his lips. "-and you have every right to be upset with me. I'm sorry Jimin. I just felt like I needed to help him." He says, explaining his actions.

Jimin pulls the hoodie out of his mouth, "I know your intentions were good Joon, but it was so impulsive. We can't just let him leave once he's better, he'll go on a rampage. Now we have Newborn to take care of." Jimin reprimanded, making Namjoon think about his actions. "I know. I'm his sire and he's my responsibility, but you wouldn't mind helping me right?" He asked, a bit hopeful that his mate would help him on this undoubtedly difficult ride.

Jimin thought for a moment, "Hmm maybe if you give me a few kisses." He teased, wiggling his eyebrows. Namjoon can't deny the request, leaning in to peck Jimin's perfect lips. He licked up any of Jungkook's stray blood that was left on his lips. He moaned at the taste, relishing in the warm feeling human blood gave him. The little jolts of electricity coursed through his veins.

Namjoon's hands began to roam around Jimin's body, going underneath his shirt to pinch at his buds. Yes, Jimin did want to embrace the wondrous joys his husband's hands brought him, but he was still pretty pissed. Reluctantly, he pushed Namjoon away again. "Oh no no no. You are not getting any of this tonight, understand?" He tsked. Namjoon groaned, but understood Jimin was definitely not in the mood.

"Also, you're sleeping on the couch tonight."

×

It's been a week since Namjoon had brought home an injured Jungkook. He showed no signs of waking up, but Namjoon continued to tend to his injuries daily.

" Why can't we just eat him already? He's not going to wake up."

Jungkook could hear voices in the room with him. Why the hell couldn't he open his eyes?

"I told you Min, we are not going to eat him. Besides, his human blood is probably gone sour by now."

Jungkook felt so weak. His body felt like a fucking boulder.

"Can you change his bandages for me? I've gotta make a run for more antiseptic."

Jungkook could hear footsteps retreating. Most likely from the man who was getting more medicine. He felt the bed weight down as someone joined him on the bed. The man's soft fingers dragged across his face, pulling something off of his face. "You know, if it were my choice, you would have been drained dry the moment you stepped through my fucking doors." The man growled, replacing his bandages.

Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows, a bit confused at his statement. "Wait… Can you… hear me?" Jimin asked, noticing his change in his facial expression. Jungkook couldn't make any verbal signs that he could, so he just furrowed his eyebrows again. "I guess you can. Huh, you're not dead afterall. How unfortunate." Jimin huffed, grabbing the supplies and putting them back in the closet. All Jungkook could hear was his footsteps and the door closing behind him.

Jungkook was left alone. Left in his shell of a body. Why couldn't he move? Why couldn't he open his eyes? Saying he was scared was an understatement. He was terrified. He couldn't move. Couldn't scream for some sort of help, and the only form of human contact he had left him. The poor boy began to cry, but no sound came out of his sealed mouth. Only tears came out of his shut eyes.

Jungkook doesn't know how long he laid in the bed silently crying. His tears gradually stopped as he heard the door open again. "Jimin told me you were showing signs of waking up." The unknown man said, "I think I have a way to make you feel better." He says, sitting down next to Jungkook's paralyzed body. Jungkook feels the man's hand grabbing his jaw, forcing his mouth open.

Jungkook was a bit confused until he felt a warm liquid flowing into his mouth. "Can you swallow it for me?" He asked, his tone completely different from the other man from earlier. Jungkook was a bit reluctant, but he really didn't have any other options. He swallowed down the warm, thick liquid, the iron filling his mouth.

Jungkook immediately felt the effects of the blood running through his veins. It was like his body turned back on. His eyes snapped open and he looked down in complete horror to see the man's bloody wrist up to his mouth, feeding him his blood. He pushed the man away with his new strength. "W-What the fuck are you doing?!" He screamed, his voice hoarse from not speaking for a week.

Namjoon backs away from the shocked boy. "Woah, it's ok. I was helping you." He says in the calmest voice he could muster. Jungkook glares at the weird man as he starts to spit out his blood. "You're feeling better, right?" He asked. Jungkook was feeling better, but he was completely confused as to why the weird blood thing worked. "What's going on here?" He asked.

Namjoon took a seat next to Jungkook's bedside. "Do you want the truth?" He asked, making Jungkook nod. The vampire took a deep breath before he spoke, "You're um a vampire." Namjoon muttered. Jungkook didn't have the reaction Namjoon expected. The boy was scared. He was shocked. Instead, he started to laugh of all things. It really wasn't a laugh; more comparable to a cackle as a result of his strained throat.

"D-Do you really expect me to believe that shit?" He said once his laughter died down, wiping away a few tears. Namjoon rolled his eyes in annoyance. "I'm serious you're really a vampire." He said, stressing his words. Jungkook is highly skeptical of his claim. "Prove it." He demanded, crossing his arms over his chest. Namjoon sighs. "I'm not really sure-" he's cut off as the door to the room opens, Jimin stepping in.

The short vampire groans once he see Jungkook is awake. "Oh good grief. He's awake now." He says, coming behind Namjoon. Jungkook scoffs at Jimin's arrival, recognizing his voice as the once who wished he was dead. "What are you? A werewolf?" He joked, making Jimin glare at him. "How dare you call me one of those filthy mutts." Jimin hissed, ready to rip Jungkook's throat out if needed.

Namjoon grabs one of Jimin's hands, pressing kisses into it as an attempt to calm him down. It worked for a while, as long as Jungkook didn't make anymore sly comments to make him upset. "Jungkook believe it or not, you are a vampire. And we're here to help you adapt to that life, whether you like it or not." Jimin gritted out.

Jungkook rolls his eyes, "How am I supposed to believe you two? I need some sort of proof." He said once again. "Jimin can you fly or-" a loud crack is heard through the room as Jimin snaps Namjoon's neck, the action stunning Jungkook. "Y-You just killed him you psycho!" He screamed, looking at Namjoon's limp body slouched in the chair.

Namjoon groans as he sits back up, his neck still turned in a grotesque way. He grunted as he snapped his neck back into the right direction. "Now do you believe us?" He asked, turning his head side to side to try and get his bones back in their correct spot. "Also, really Min? Needed to go that far? Still upset?" He asked, turning back to see his mate with a smug grin on his face. "Yes. Of course I am."

Jungkook wants to throw up after seeing Namjoon's neck in such an unnatural position. While Jungkook is stunned with the revelation that he could possibly be a vampire, Jimin handed him a handheld mirror, "Look at your neck," he directs. Jungkook accepts the mirror, looking at his face first. The wounds he endured the night the attack happened were gone, as if nothing had happened. There was not a mark on his face, even though his face was slammed into a concrete wall. He looked perfectly fine.

Next he moved onto his neck, seeing two puncture wounds embedded in his flesh. "Do you believe us now, smartass?" Jimin quipped, completely satisfied with Jungkook's facial expression. Jungkook couldn't believe what was happening. This had to be some sort of dream, or maybe he was in a coma. That would be better than this. "Why did you do this? You should have just left me to die." He muttered in a small voice.

"I can kill you now if you'd like." Jimin proposed.

"Jimin, no." Namjoon sighed, "I did it because I saw Jimin in you. I couldn't leave you to die." He explained. Jungkook didn't have much of a passion for living. He wishes Namjoon left him for dead in the alley, but a little part of him is grateful for what the vampire did. "Thanks I guess." He mumbled, putting down the mirror and putting the blankets over his head.

Namjoon and Jimin took this as a sign to leave, giving Jungkook some space to take in all this information. He heard the door close and decided to break down under the blankets. He sobbed. Sobbed as loud as his body would allow him, his voice cracking as he cried. He didn't care if they heard him. Didn't care if they wanted suck every last drop of blood from him.

He didn't care.

When Jungkook woke up again, it was night time, the moon shining brightly through the windows. He grunted as he rose up from the bed, only dressed in a pair of pants that weren't his. He shivered at the thought of these weirdos undressing him while he slept. He looked at the chair next to his bed to see a new outfit and a sticky note attached to it.

Your bathroom is next to you. Here's some fresh clothes. Enjoy

-Joon

Jungkook crumpled up the note and threw it into the nearby bin. He picked up the clothes Namjoon left him and went into the bathroom. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom, a separate shower and bathtub along with a toilet and sink. The area was spotless, not a speck of dirt anywhere. He set the clothes on a small table that held soaps and towels. Jungkook looked at his body through a mirror, noticing his stab wounds had closed at a fast rate.

Yeah, he definitely wasn't human anymore.

After his shower, he got dressed in the clothes Namjoon gave him. It was a simple loose fitting pair of trousers and a black shirt that was too big even for him. His room was a bit boring, and if the bathroom was luxurious, he wondered what the rest of their home looked like. Quietly, he left his room, awing at the long corridor lined with a few doors. One end had a balcony, the drapes closed, but the wind blew them up, allowing moonlight to peek through. The other end continued down until there were some stairs.

Jungkook knew it would be best to go down that way, so he tiptoed down the hallway. It seemed like it continued forever, but he finally reached a spiral staircase that continued downwards. He held onto the railing as he descended down the stairs. He groaned to himself as he reached another never ending corridor, but one of the room's doors was cracked open, a sliver of light cutting through the darkness.

The curious new vampire treaded down the hallway to the cracked door. The closer he got to the door, he could hear sounds. Sweet sounds actually. The sounds of pleasure coming from Jimin . He should have turned around, but he couldn't. It was like the angelic sounds that Jimin was producing was luring him in.

Jungkook reached the huge door, peaking into the crack. He held in a gasp as he found Jimin on top of Namjoon, riding him like tomorrow didn't exist. "Doing so good Jimin. Fuck." Namjoon grunted as he held a firm grip on his partners hips.  Jimin threw his head back, and when he looked up, caught sight of Jungkook. A smirk etched itself on his plump lips once he saw their spectator.

The vampire didn't break eye contact with Jungkook as he continued to ride his husband. He licked at his plump lips as he eyed the frozen Jungkook. "Mhm Joonie I'm close." Jimin moaned, speeding up even faster than he was doing before. He was clearly trying to show off because Jungkook was watching them.

Namjoon grunted as he felt Jimin tighten up around him, "Yeah Minnie? Gonna cum all over my cock? Do it." He commanded. A few more bounces and Jimin was screaming out as he came, his cock shooting out ropes of cum on both of their chests. Namjoon came soon after, groaning in pleasure as he came inside of Jimin.

Jimin reached down for a few kisses, drinking down all of Namjoon's moans. The elder vampire pushed Jimin off of him, spreading his legs as he guided his cock to Jimin's entrance. "Really Joonie? Again?" He giggled as Namjoon pushed into him. His husband grunted as he bottomed out again, "You denied me from sex for a week. I'm gonna get back everyday, understand?" He darkly chuckled as he began to thrust.

Jimin looked over Namjoon's shoulder to make eye contact with Jungkook again, mouthing a " Fuck off. " to him before he goes back to kissing his husband. Jungkook doesn't need to be told twice, making sure to get out of earshot before he ran back to his room. He put the covers over his head like he did when he was a child whenever he heard a scary noise at night.

Except he wasn't a child hearing scary noises, he was a new vampire hearing the couple that turned him into one fucking. And even though he was a floor above them, he could he every noise loud and clear, his vampire hearing betraying him.

Adapting to vampire life would be very difficult.
