"I think my favorite headcanon that I have is Luke joining the bau and right away he realizes Spencer is autistic and is the only one to say something about it (im thinking he has a family member who is as well) and so he goes up to the team (minus spencer) and is like “Hey so Spencer is autistic what kinda resources do you guys have for him? I know he doesn’t like touch but is there anything else I should avoid?” And they go “oh..we kinda just don’t mention it.” And Luke just stares at them with the most shocked and confused expression.
((He goes and buys Spencer Stim toys after work and leaves them on his desk and in the jet)) "
