Chapter 1: Daily Chaos
Akko's eyes fluttered open... Lotte was holding onto her arm as she slept. She was cuddling into her fiercely. Akko smiled at her girlfriend and kissed her forehead. And then went to move her other arm but... She turned. Diana was holding that arm.
Akko frowned. Diana looked so comfy sleeping, and the two of them pushed into her. She really thought it was cute but GOSH she needed to pee... moving in with her many many girlfriends sounded wonderful but... Times like this, it really was a lot.
She was able to pull a little bit, but then, a pair of arms on each side reached and dragged Akko back into the bed, a flutter of sweet kisses attacking her cheeks!
...
It wasn't for another 30 minutes until she was able to get out of the arms of her two most cuddly girlfriends. She yawned and walked into the kitchen while they went to the bathroom. Going into the kitchen she saw Coffee was already made. And Breakfast.
Jasminka had decided to cook for everyone. "Thank you Jasna!" She said with a cute smile, looking at her HUGE plate of beef, eggs, three things of toast, bacon, grits, ham AND bacon?? Akko simply wasn't built to eat this much. But seeing Jasminka's sweet face made Akko sigh. And give her Russian girlfriend a kiss on the lips. "Thank you so much."
She reached for her coffee... and gave it a smell. Oh no. Her eyes ventured over to the pink haired girl curled up on a nearby sofa. Akko let out a small sigh. “...Sucy. You made this, didn't you?”
. "Hmm?” she said, rubbing her eyes with a small yawn. “Yeah. It's good for you"
"...It looks like sludge"
"You didn't get much sleep last night. I know you didn't" She said with a glare. "Drink that. You've got a busy day today idiot."
Akko winced and did as she was told. Her hand trembled as she held the coffee mug with what looked like tar boiling inside. Herl lips pressed against the rim letting the contents drizzle down. It was awful. It tasted awful. But true to her word, she felt awake. "W-wow. What's in this?" She asked turning. And she saw Sucy's little wicked grin. "Nevermind. I don't want to know....thanks though" She said, bending forward and giving Sucy a kiss on the forehead.
"Hey where's my kiss?" Amanda said, walking in. Sitting down at the large table and shoveling some of Jasminka’s cooking in their mouth.
"Your mouth is full now! Swallow!” Akko shouted.
Amanda smirked. Doing so and giving her sultry eyes. “Oh? That’s what she…Hey. Your breath smells AWFUL."
"It's Sucy's sludge!"
"Gross. Brush your teeth. And then give a good proper smooch." They smirked, punching Akko’s arm.
Akko sighed. She wondered if Lotte and Diana were done. Thankfully they had other bathrooms.
She walked down the hall and opened the door. There, Hannah and Barbara were in the bath together.
"Oh? Good morning Akko" Hannah said casually.
"Want to join us?" Barbara returned.
Akko rubbed her eyes. "Mmm? Well I guess I do need a ba- aah! Hey!"
"Your hair is so dirty! When was the last time you washed it!" Hannah said.
"Yeah? With actual product?" They said, pouring shampoo in their hands and suddenly scrubbing Akko's hair.
"ahh.. I just needed to brush my teeth!" She said struggling.
....
One bath later, Akko's hair was looking good. And she gave both Hannah and Barbara a proper kiss. Finished brushing her teeth, and walked into the living room.
She flopped down on the sofa. And turned. Constanze was playing a game. Akko smiled and just watched for a bit. Enjoying the silence before suddenly a controller was thrown at her. "ahh. hey. Huh? Oh right. having trouble huh? Sure we can co-op this part.."
The two of them made it halfway through the final dungeon. When the others began walking in.
"Akko don't you need to be at work in half an hour?" Diana said, huffing and sitting next to her, pulling at her arm.
"D-diana... a-almost we're almost done.." She said.
"Come on. We need to get there early"
"Oh Akko!" Lotte said. "When you get back from work remember we're gonna read that new chapter of Nightfall together!"
"Y-yeah.."
"oh! Sign me up for that!" Barbara said.
"Hey when are we going Broom Riding together again?" Amanda asked.
"Pick up groceries on the way back!" Jasminka said. "Then we can cook dinner tonight!" She cooed.
"Wait wait! I need you later Akko! I got outfits and you're the only one who's objective enough to tell me I look good"
"Hey, I'm objective," Amanda said, smirking.
"You're a jerk! And say things to get under my skin!"
"Hey Akko. Be sure to tell me how that stuff works. And any side effects" Sucy added with a little cackle. .
"That sludge in the coffee machine?" Diana said. "Akko please tell me you didn't drink it!"
"R-right-" Akko said, and got a nudge on her arm. Constanze pointing at the screen. "Right.. boss eehh"
Her life was such utter chaos. Keeping 8 different girls all happy and giving them attention was a nightmare... And yet. She looked around at the girls she loved. And couldn't help but smile. She was happy with her life, even if it was chaos.
