Chapter Text
Waves crashed in the distance, sending shivers down his spine. Shepard had done it, he just beat a Reaper on foot. Hearing that peaceful noise, the chirps of birds and the fresh smell of the ocean made it all that much better. Salt was the principal offender to his nostrils. Not that it was bad; it went well with the warm sun beating on his skin. Voices of outlying quarians made it to his ears, surprisingly. They must’ve been settling down on their new homeworld, one that he had successfully claimed back for them. It was a day that he was certain would go down in history. All of his time spent fighting the Reapers, curing the Genophage, and stopping Cerberus from taking the Citadel, had led to this. Another moment he had lived through, one with a quarian by his side, much like many other of his achievements,
And he saved them with a single threat, telling them that he’d let them die if they didn’t stop shooting.
What a way to do it. Because it worked way better than it should’ve.
He was almost proud of it. Being scary enough to stop an entire war simply because he said so. Having his scars removed only helped, as no one suspected him to be so ruthless when it came to that.
“It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” That voice finally spoke out to him. Indistinguishable as music to his ears. Something he could never get over was just how bubbly that quarian sounded. With the angel's voice, he gazed her way. It had almost slipped his mind where they were, sitting at the edge of the cliff. Right next to where he killed the Reaper. Phenomenal was a weak word to describe the view. Cliffs, oceans, islands, all of it, and more were adjacent, in his eyesight. “This view…it’s remarkable. I never thought we’d…see it.”
“Yeah, me too.” Shepard made a weak chuckle. “It’s amazing to see your people truly begin to live here, with the geth, Tali. I know it took a lot of trust on your end, and this means a lot to you, but I’m beyond delighted to have helped. And I will continue to help whenever you need me.”
Her eyes dwindled onto the ocean below. Behind that mask, she almost looked sad. Reading her expressions was always hard. Beginning as borderline impossible. Over time, he picked up on what everything meant. Little head tilts for a smile, or a bow to say thanks. Maybe a mix of both? Glee and fear? Happy and sad? Hopeful and bothered? Whatever it was, the intoxicating feeling he got from helping the young woman was more than enough to push him her way whenever it was needed. “Thank you, Shepard…”
“Please, you can just call me John. We’ve been friends long enough to warrant that.” He said while eyeing down a particularly lilliputian island. Small patches of dry grass, similar to what was already near them, gently swayed in the wind. “We have been through a lot, huh?”
“Yeah…” A sigh escaped her lips. “Shep- John…What does this mean? The Reapers…Rannoch…Does this end? And what about you? When this is all over and you’ve saved the day again…”
“Yeah…I think this will end. It has to. You’ve been a big help, Tali.” He put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her close. No rejection came from her, instead, she scooted closer to him. “But I’d understand if you wanted to stay here.”
“John? All of these…dangers that we face… made me realize I shouldn’t waste my time in life.” She stiffened up. “I can’t hide what I…feel for you. It’s…painful…to have sat in silence waiting for something… anything to happen. I had hoped you would find someone to make you happy…but that never came…” He tried to open his mouth and say something, but she put a finger over it. “John…I love you…”
“Tali…” A rightful smile spread on his face. A dream had just come true to him, and her. Something he couldn’t describe the feeling of. His heart burned with a new fire. “I feel the same way. I never asked because I had guessed there was something else between you and that one quarian…what was his name?”
“Keelah, no!” She giggled. “No, John. I love you, and only you. Gale is kinda…rude anyway. I would never do that to you.”
“Well, maybe we should start making plans? The two of us-”
“Sorry to interrupt you two and your little…affair…” A voice hit them both like thunderbolts, making them jump. Behind them was Xen, her voice fit her perfectly. Very scientific, if that was a way to say anything about her; and it made sense, she was always the crazy scientist type. Which also made its way into her tone, other than her sounding naturally quarian, she also had a loco undertone. Out of touch was the best way to represent her. “Commander Shepard. I, on behalf of the quarian people, thank you for your service. My fellow Admirals, Raan, Gerrel, and Koris, along with Admiral Zorah, who was away from the meeting, have all decided they wanted to find a way to thank you. That, however, was left to me.”
“No worries, Tali and I can talk about this later. Preferably somewhere quiet.” Loud crunches came from the soil underneath him as he stood up, winking at Tali in the process. Another giggle came from her. N7 boots were heavy, it was a part of the identity. The clamorous noise, the masculinity, drove both Tali and Xen crazy. “What did you have in mind, Ma’am?”
“Hmmm…they say you are a bit of a renegade, yes?” Curiosity covered her voice; the black realked woman leaned toward him as she asked. “I believe I finally understand what you really are, Shepard.”
“Well, I guess you could say that.” He cocked an eye, he didn’t understand what she meant. “What do you mean by that? Am I appearing as something I’m not, Ma’am?”
“Hmm…no.” Leaning in further only increased the tension. Whatever she was playing at, he had no clue, but he didn’t like it all that much. “You’re a chained animal. The Alliance, they hold you by the collar. And when they want you to do something, like retrieve an item, defend someplace, or even kill? They sic you onto it without little to no remorse. Much what I’ve come to expect from you…less-superior creatures. You and your primitive behavior…it’s sickening.” Humor dripped from every word.
“I’m…not sure what to say.” Shepard’s eyes met with Tali’s, filled with the same worry. Was Xen trying to send a message, other than she didn’t like humans? “I…apologize for my species' inaction for the past 30 years, Ma’am. I’m glad I was able to help retake Rannoch with you. If there is anything else-”
“No.” She paused him. “That’s not what I want. I want to reward you. But to do so, I need the chain. I need control of your collar.” Low titers came from the quarians vocalizer. “And I’m not asking, Commander. You, per my instructions as of now, are mine. And you will only stop being so when I give you my word. Understood? You will not disobey another order?”
“T-that’s not how it works.” Tali finally jumped in. “John can’t just stay here. The Reapers need to be-”
“Who said I would keep him for long? Just…long enough to…” She cleared her throat. “Reward him…” N7 breastplates were made to keep all things out, including feelings, but that didn’t stop her from running her fingers over Shepard’s. “How’s that sound… John ?”
“Look, Admiral, I’m not sure how quarians do… this . But you can’t just demand me to…do anything. I am under Alliance orders, and only Alliance orders.” Ships and people filled the background behind Xen, moving about freely as they discovered their new home. Being there, rather than in his current position, would’ve been a lot more comfortable. “Now please, clear the way so I and Miss Zorah may pass. If you want to speak again-”
Without another word, Xen roughly grabbed his junk. Clenched teeth were his first reaction, it hurt, but not enough to stop him in his tracks. What a wicked move, the woman had complete control over him now. His breathing grew heavy as she slowly applied pressure.
“How about now?”
“X-Xen, y-you might be hurting him!” Tali wanted to step between the other Admiral and her newfound lover, but she could knock out Shepard in a swift movement.
“Shh-shh-shh, Darling. He’s fine. As I said, Chained animal. He’s used to being held like this.” Xen put her lower mask, where the two little parts stuck outward, on his shoulder. “Do you like being handled by me? I can still do much worse…”
“Okay…okay….” His word of confirmation was enough, she loosened her death grip, letting go with a satisfied smile on her face.
“See, Admiral Zorah?” Xen waved toward Shepard. “Tamed, as any beast should be. Just like the geth are now.”
“I-is that all, Xen?” Tali stepped forward, stopping Xen from hurting Shepard was the only thing on her mind. What kind of monster would do that to a good man like Shepard? “I think…John…got the idea.”
“Yeah…I think so too…” Shepard huffed, agreeing.
“I suppose you may have.” Xen started pacing back and forth, her eyes stationary on the ocean below. “I have decided what I shall reward you with, Commander. Please, with no hesitation, come to my recently set up room.” Suddenly stopping, Xen started pointing toward the groups of people, her hand drifting slowly to the left until it landed on a lone ship. “That, that is where I am. Be there by nightfall, Warrior.” She purred the last bit,
Xen started wandering back to her new home. Both Quarian and Commander were left completely dumbfounded. What the hell just happened? What did Xen plan to do with her poor Commander? And would Shepard go through with it? The waves felt like they were long gone, losing all the magic that they had just moments ago. Tali didn’t care that she was standing on her home planet, another woman wanted her man. This would not stand.
Tugging on his arm was the swiftest way to draw him back. “John, are you actually going? This…can’t be safe, or good, for anyone. She’s gonna try and…hurt you…or study you, which won’t go well for the quarian people in general. You have synthetics in you, no doubt that’s what she’s interested in.”
“Huh…” He watched as the isolated admiral swayed her hips. It was a way to keep his attention, he knew that. But it didn’t stop him from staring like a deer in headlights.
“John!”
“What?” He turned to her. “I’m not…doing anything.”
“Really?” Folding her arms and giving him the death stare, Tali felt almost insulted. The two had just revealed something deep, and now he was off to chase other women. “John, Xen will try to take you for her own. You can’t trust her.”
“Right, I know what you mean.” Their eyes locked; the windy cliffs and short grass being brustled were about all they could hear. “Wanna head back to the Normandy? I can…invite you to my cabin tonight, if that interests you.”
“I would like that, John.” She sounded very pleased.
Rannoch’s sun set not long after that strange encounter with Xen. Alone in his cabin, he pondered so many things in his head. What should he do? Should he go to see Xen? What would Tali think if he did? Probably the last thing he wanted to do was upset Tali, after revealing what they had been feeling for a while now. Every time he thought about Tali butterflies filled his stomach, a dulcet smile grew on his face. What a woman, one that he could see himself spending the rest of his days with. Even though he still thought about his past with Liara often, the asari reminded him of it too much. But he was past that, after she had changed, he found solace in Tali. He groaned, standing up from his bed and striding back and forth. There wasn’t any answer for him right now. He wanted to keep thinking about Tali, and his relationship with her. Where would it lead? Were they even together, or was it not official until she said so?
But that led back to Xen. She wanted to see him. What if it had to do with his relationship with Tali? What if this was some ploy to tell Shepard that she was in trouble? Meeting up with Tali in his room wouldn’t be for another few hours, and Xen’s office wasn’t more than a mile's walk out. He could make it there and back under an hour, assuming he was only there for about 20 minutes.
Decision made, Shepard went to the Normandy’s elevator. Seeing Xen couldn’t have been that bad, he had decided. He passed through the CIC, ignoring everyone that passively waved at him. What else was there to do there? Other than speaking with Joker, who was always trying to get with EDI anyway. With a loud swish, the doors to Rannoch opened. All the stars in the night sky were south, every other direction lacked them since that was where the galaxy ended. One of the more trippy, but beautiful things he’s seen.
There weren’t many more quarians walking around at night. The shuttles that had landed had long fabrics covering the tops to help indicate where they were and who they belonged to. Along with that, some of the quarians went around and left dirt paths for everyone to follow around in the area that was being used currently. Most ships were still in the sky, waiting on everyone else to prepare for their arrival. It wouldn’t take long, a week at most. Which was impressive by Shepard’s standards, being nothing. The wind made whistles as it passed by, leaving a cold bite as well. Rannoch’s cliffs were dry, hot during the day, and cold during the night.
Xen’s shuttle was further away from the rest, with no distinguishable path leading to it. Black covers flew in the wind over her shuttle, strange lines as the pattern. Something to do with science? Or technology? That was her specialty after all. He stopped about five footfalls away from the short ramp that led to her door. There wasn’t supposed to be any noise inside. But there were voices, muffled and damn near silent. But they were there. Swearing on his father’s grave, but did it sound like a turian in there, along with a human? Garrus was still on the ship, he could confirm that. Taking a deep breath, he walked over to the door and knocked three times, like a secret code.
“Oh, Commander. You’ve arrived. Just as I ordered of you.” Xen’s voice was dampened behind the thick doors. “Hmm, you may enter. Do not run into anything on the way in, please. The things I own are far more valuable to me than you’ll ever be.”
A loud crank came from the 300-year-old ship's door as he made his way inside. When he got inside, the entire shuttle, which was her room, was close to pitch black. Except for a single light coming from a vid screen in the middle. She was watching a romance vid of some kind, it had a turian lead. Next to it was a desk that replaced all the seats. Broken down geth parts sat in crates under it, but the table was unnaturally clean like she had prepared it just then. Over the next few seconds of him entering, other lights started to turn on, all with the flip of her omni-tool. Her room, much as he already knew, was small. She only had the desk, a small couch-like chair, and an omni-screen, along with a bed stashed in the corner. To his right was an old-looking vase, probably an ornament of some kind.
“Hmm…” She stood up, swaying herself over to him. “Look at you . Coming into my home this late at night? Don’t you have…standards?” The hasty quarian walked away from her chair, turning off the vid-screen. “Don’t mind that, I was simply watching…a show.”
“Really, Admiral?” A snicker came out of his mouth. “Romance vids? Seems so out of character for you.”
“Silence.” She demanded. “I did not call you here so you may ridicule me.” The Admiral folded her arms. “I was supposed to give you…your gift. But now? I’m not so sure you deserve it. Natural, from a human.”
“Look, I apologize. I assume your ‘gift’ is to help me and Tali? I would appreciate anything you can do for us.” He stepped further into the shuttle, to which she had no response. Instead, she beckoned him further, sitting down on the cushioned seat. No verbal reason was given, she silently insisted that he sat next to her, and he did. The little amount of light that was coming from the screen was replaced with her almost workshop-like lights.
“No. I may be of help to you when you finally decide to…pull the girl’s suit off, of course.” A sly giggle came from the slightly older woman. It was about a six-year difference between him and Xen, so it didn’t feel too off speaking with her.
“Then…why’d you call me here?”
“Because I had said so. Do I need another reason from you, Commander? If I recall, I said you would listen to me, and only me. Now.” She stood back up. “I, a woman of science, am not one to…dance around subjects. Nor dodge around what I need, or want, from someone.” Her eyes made a fairy glow as she narrowed them. “Your reward? It simply must come later. The quarian people do not, and will not, for the time being, have suitable supplies to reward you properly.”
“Fancy words, Ma’am.” He chuckled. “So, you invited me here to be nice? I’m thankful for the offer, but I should probably get back.” He looked at his apparel. Wearing what was, in his opinion, his best Alliance outfit. Simple Alliance Commander apparel with a vest over the front. What he was wearing when the Reapers invaded Earth, the sleeves still slid up. “I get real chilly out there.”
“Not yet. I still have an offer for your reward.” She paused him. Xen wasn’t one for doing the little play fights with her hands as Tali did, instead, she just balled them up. “Research…is very valuable. And, as the two of us know, you wish to spend time with the newly promoted Admiral Zorah. Correct?”
“Yes…”
“Then research is, by all accounts, and your very selfish desires with my fellow Admiral, what you need in this situation.” She walked over to the desk, pulling out a small crate from beneath it. “I will help you make a powerful antibiotic, to help with your and Zorah’s relationship, but also the quarian people.” Lifting it onto the table, it made no massive slam, everything was light as a feather inside of it. He did hear a few glass tubes rolling around inside though.
“When was this decided?”
“Just now.” An evil chuckle escaped her lips. “Why so scared, Commander? You faced down a reaper, but don’t wanna help me make a healthy tonic?” She turned around, exaggerating the movement in her hips. “Believe me, this will be beneficial to everyone.”
“Right, I get to see Tali sooner.” He stood up, walking over to her by her station. “But how can I guarantee it’ll be safe?” Green liquids, purple, blue, red, basically any color he could think of was in the box. Was Xen just crazy? A real worrying thing to see is something that doesn’t look like a normal chemical be called a normal chemical.
“That’s why we’re gonna test it. I will make one specially made for Zorah as well.” Her hands were agile, grabbing and swapping the liquids around with no error. She looked more like an AI than the geth did while messing with them. “For the two of you to use without her getting sick, unlike me, while having intercourse with you.”
“What?” There was a single line in that entire barrage of words she sent at Shepard that stuck out. Unlike her? What did that even mean? “You’re getting sick?”
“Yes. How else will I know if there are specific symptoms we must watch out for? And, even if you didn't like the sounds of that, I need a semen sample.” Her voice didn’t crack once, showing staggering amounts of determination. “You will not leave, Commander. It was my task, given by the other Admirals, to reward you. I will not fail this task.”
“The hell do you need my ‘you know what’ for?”
“To help your mate, you dolt.” Her hand fell into a quick slapping motion over his face. Leaving a slight sting and a little red mark. “Obviously, she’ll need to adapt to you as soon as possible. What better way than the thing you’ll be soaking her in? I shouldn’t try and explain these things to such a dumb-minded, fool such as yourself. Please, find someone else to bug with your nuance questions after we’re done here.”
“Okay…for starters, that’s disgusting. You really wanna rub that all over Tali?” A step back didn’t feel like enough from the Witch. “And how are you obtaining this…sample?”
“I’ll pull it out of myself, of course.” As she said this, a needle quickly made its way out of the box. He didn’t have time to interject her before she put it inside of her medical port. “Hmmmm, that feels about as expected. This one should last a rightful amount of time.” She turned around. “Now, pull off your pants.”
“What? But what about Tali? I can’t just-”
In quick succession, step after step, she pressed herself against his chest. “Tali is not here right now. Don’t you wish to…help her? As…you’ve always done, Shepard?” Tone changes weren’t supposed to be clear, but she sounded hungry, and he was her quarry. Her fingers slid down his arm, making their way to his chest. “I, by Command of the…other Admirals, need to do this, and so do you.”
“Did the other Admirals even order this?” His breathing grew heavy. There was only so much he could take before he broke.
Just like earlier that day, she put her vocalizer next to his ear. “No…consider this a…personal gift. From me to you .” Her hand wrapped neatly around his shoulder. “Now. sit. Down. I will help you and Zorah, even if it’s the last thing I do. Not that it matters, of course. Nothing is official between you two. Right now, this is only classified as a simple extraction, and an experiment, and need I remind you what you are? Nothing, nothing at all. You exist to serve, Shepard. And right now? You’re serving the quarian people.”
“You’re crazy.” He wanted to turn around, but nothing came of it. As if his body was fighting this sudden urge. “This can’t help anyone, Xen. You just want-”
“How will this not help us? The quarian people will learn so much about cross-species relationships from this interaction alone .” Her other hand started to slip further down, running along the rough surface of his outfit. Only stopping once it found what it had been seeking, some rough, and quite hard. “Hmmm, I believe that is evidence enough?” She edged back from him, pointing at her bed instead this time. “Sit. Down.”
He sighed. Was he really about to do this? He just had one more question before he moved on. “Tali was certain this was about the synthetics inside of me. Do you just want my samples? It has nothing to do with…the scars?”
“Nothing, not yet anyway. The AI aboard your ship said you could technically eat dextro…not that the food itself would taste good.” She pushed him down, and he let it happen. No way would this small woman have enough strength to do that. It felt relieving, for the first time in his life, he could just go with the flow. “But, perhaps you’d like it better… raw ?”
Here they were, Admiral and Commander. In all of his life, Shepard did not once think he’d be in this position. There wasn’t anything stopping her at this point.
“Do you like what you see, Commander?” She teased. He tried to respond, but her fingers pressed against his lips. “It would do you well to remember that here, your opinion doesn’t matter. What you want doesn’t matter.” So, he silently eyed her, all of the curves, mystic, the lure she held, and her assets. They all combined into a single seductress, one that he had no power over. “Now, Commander…” She started to slide her hand down his chest again, leading to where all his ‘virtue’ went. “Shall we start this experiment?”
“I…we should probably-”
“Silence, Shepard. You want Tali, yes? Then act like the ‘man’ you say you are. Help me extract the proper ingredients to make this happen.” She mocked him further, and it worried him that he liked it. In fact, he loved it. No one teased him like this, not a soul. “Now, give me what I need. I still need to reward you.”
“Of course, Admiral.” With no complaints to make and desire in his voice, Shepard loosened up his posture, allowing Xen easy access to whatever she wanted. Xen stood up, walking a few feet in front of him. Quarian suits weren’t supposed to be removed easily, so she got straight to work.
The realk came off first. Tossing it to the wall the moment she was done, discarding it like it was nothing. “Never found those as…appealing…as the rest of the quarians do.” She scoffed as it hit the floor. Following that, she looked back at Shepard to see his reaction. He had his normal posture, watching her, but he seemed almost surprised. “What, Commander? Never seen a quarian without her realk on?”
“No…”
“That’s alright, not many species get to see quarians anyway. By seeing one of us, your superiors, you should be in awe .” Her hands warped behind her helmet. Clicks, not very loud, sounding like pops, came from her as she pulled her hands away. The front of her mask made a loud hiss, falling to the floor.
And just like that, he had his eyes on a bare quarian face. It was a feeling he could barely describe. Awe, as she said, was the first thing to come to mind. Astonished to see a quarian in the flesh, Shepard’s eyes grew much wider. The more he thought about it, the more perplexed he became, he might’ve been the only human to have seen a quarians face. Humans have only been on the galactic scene for about 30 years, so it was entirely possible.
Xen didn’t have any reaction to him. Simply removing the faceplate next instead of speaking to him. Her face was exposed to the bitter cold of her room. All of his bodily functions paused, Xen was beyond gorgeous, she was a knockout belle of the quarians. With a smirk, she unfroze him. Quarians were always a mystery to him, as often as he could, he assumed they were kind of similar to humans, but that wasn’t close enough to the truth. It was almost one-to-one. Xen’s face was remarkably close to a human woman. Black lines, almost like some kind of mark, and textures were etched on oddly specific locations around her body. Like a tiger's pattern, or a zebra’s stripes, even a panda and its marks were a good comparison, it was meant to look that way. Something he didn’t even realize he liked was her nose, it was sharp and pleasingly smooth. Her eyes were exemplary stars, catching his eyes just like they caught the light. Though her face, contrary to what he believed, was soft. Quarians also had, to what he could only assume, stronger, and sharper cheeks, noses, and jaws. Because her face looked like a pissed-off angel.
She took a deep breath, inhaling all of the bitter cold she could. Relishing the scent that invaded her nose. Quietly, she exhaled into what sounded like a gasp, taking deep breaths once she was done. “Much colder than I remember.” Her eyes finally arrived back on him. “Would you…like some experience with removing the suit? For when you help Miss Zorah, of course.” Another immoral laugh came from her.
“Do I have a choice?” He stood back up, knowing he’d help her anyway.
“No, not really.” And with corroboration from the Admiral, he walked over to her. “Gentle. You brutes are far too eager with these things.” She held out her petite hands, and he put his much larger hands over her three-fingered ones. She began to slowly lead him over parts of her suit. Mostly near the bottom. “Hmmm, would you prefer to find the suit locks yourself?” With her directions, his hands were settled on her hips, any lower and he’d be grasping her backside.
And like an idiot, he took that as a sign. He leaned into her, preparing his lips and closing his eyes. No further movement came, he was waiting for her to complete the kiss. But nothing happened after about five seconds, so he opened his eyes again.
Her reflective eyes were right there, one lifted like she just discovered the most stupid, but still conscious lifeform. “What are you doing, Commander?”
“Oh, I just thought we were…”
“What? Kissing?” She leaned her head back and laughed, making even the great Shepard slightly red with embarrassment. In the blink of an eye, the red faded, perfect timing too, as Xen was bringing her head back down. “My-my. You really are a halfwit. Did you often hit your head as a child?” Traditionally, Citadel species had three fingers, which was situational compared to five. Much stronger per finger, but at the cost of how many. So it was no surprise that when Xen grabbed his jaw, she was able to pull him to look towards him, albeit he didn’t fight back. “I tell you when you can move, and when you cannot. Understood?” She started to pull him closer to her own ample, and model quarian lips. Close enough to feel the heat of her breath, but not close enough to get what she’d been teasing. “Well…Say it…”
“I understand, Admiral.” He grinned like an idiot. For someone considered so professional, dominant, and just a well-rounded renegade, he really liked being told what he could and could not do by her.
“Then, as the good soldier, you are, or claim to be, follow my orders.” No time to react, she tugged on his shirt. It loosened, and with another tug, it was able to come off. “Take it off. Now.” And he did just that, tossing it to the same side of the shuttle as her realk. “Good…” The underside fabrics of her gloves became itchy, she pulled them off, discarding them as the rest. Following that, she took off her boots, leaving nothing but her black suit. Most of her body was free, except for her primary parts. But that’d have to do, for now, she waited long enough for this.
She pushed him back again, onto the bed. Landing on her soft blankets, Shepard leaned back, preparing for the oncoming quarian. He sat up, leaving sufficient space for her to straddle him. Which was exactly what she had decided to do. Practically jumping onto him, she settled onto him with no issues.
“Damn, Admiral, you-”
“No more talk.” She grabbed his jaw, pulling him into a kiss. Tasty was an understatement for how the Admiral felt. Xen’s lips were like a perfect blend of sweet, and rough calculus. Even though she was occasionally pulling back, even if just a little, he could tell she was super into it. Every moment she went back in, there was a sense of desperation to taste each other. She finally pulled back, running her hands along his chest. Her fingers twitched at the feeling of his hair. “Oh…my…” She took a deep breath. “Wow…why can’t quarian men be like you?” She said while playing with his chest.
“They aren’t as big…huh?” He finally teased back.
“Oh…I can tell.” She rubbed her lower half up and down a tad, indicating at his other ‘large’ part. “Studies, led by me, and other quarians, found out many interesting things about the men in our species. It was…originally to deduct what had happened after the 300 years we were…abandoned…alone…and without help.” She shifted around a little more, ragging at the Commander again. “You, Commander Shepard, are giant amongst them. Bigger than the rest, that much is certain.”
“Talking about my muscles?”
“Your bones, you…primate.” She squeezed his arm. “ All of them.” Resuming the kiss she had started, the two fell back into silence, other than the few gasps for air.
There was still one obstacle in the way, stopping them from what they deeply desired. Xen’s fingers slipped down to his pants, tugging on them. He felt obligated to help, she lifted herself off of him a bit, and he pulled them off, passing them off to the side. Xen started to follow, her hands reaching behind her suit. One final hiss came from it as it loosened up. Shaking her shoulders, it became far more loose, falling to her sides. Her upper body, and breasts, were exposed to the air. A few shivers sent down her spine as she did so. He eyed her for a moment, she made a content smirk at him. She didn’t need to speak, doing a little head nod to tell him that it was alright to stare at her perky body. All that was left was for her to remove the lower half. It came off just like the top, with enough pulling it became loose and was discarded like the rest.
And now, the two sat there in their natural form. Was it weird? Probably the weirdest thing Shepard had done. But there was no shorting of excitement, and his body showed that. Xen had the meanest grin on her face.
“Like what you see, Commander?”
“Very much.” He smiled back. “So, do you need to extract from me? Or, was it optional this entire time?” The N7 ran his hands over her legs, up and down from her thighs to her knees. “You made it sound impossible to get something for Tali without my help, but here you are…” There was no reason for him not to admire her beauty.
“Shhh…” Xen leaned in again. Her lips landing on his, the two went back into their infighting. Only after about a minute, Xen pulled back, heavy breaths coming out of her mouth. “Inside me. Now.”
That’s when he felt it. Something wet had hit his manhood. And Xen was placed carefully above him, not on him. Now eager, Xen gripped his manhood, aiming it directly below her. She steadily lowered herself onto him. A loud gasp of pleasure escaped her, both because she was feeling something unfamiliar, and exciting. She slid further and further down. Warmth surrounded him, and it was great . At some point, Xen stopped moving as she got the full reach of what Shepard had.
There weren’t words to be said. Xen started shifting her hips again, doing the same pattern. The heat inside was immense. She squeezed him, tighter and tighter every time she finished her part of the rhythm. Except there was only her part, she never let him move more than to just change the weight. It was obvious why, she was teasing him some more. Her thick hair swung back and forth as she repositioned herself time and time again.
She stopped with a loud groan. “My-my, Commander. I…I’m not quite sure what to say.”
“Nothing.” He grabbed her by the leg and flipped her over. He was over her now, the Admiral lost all her power in one swift move. “Just let me take it from here.”
“Y-yes…”
They began their joggle. Shepard was going at a much faster rate than what she had started. He had always liked the way Xen sounded, but this was better than any tune could do to his ears. It was almost pure bliss. The ecstasy of feeling Xen around him just made him more desperate to finish.
Until the door to the shuttle made its loud creak. Both of them jumped, looking for the source. Xen had pushed Shepard away, trying her best With their new fount of light coming from Xen’s shuttle, it was easy to depict who just walked in. Another quarian with a strong stance and an even stronger stare. Purple with the recognizable pattern all over her, Tali stopped, staring at the two of them.
“Y-you bosh’tet!” She started stomping her way over to the two of them.
“Tali, look, I can explain every-”
Tali pointed a single accusatory finger at him. “Shut up, John!” She switched her view to Xen. “You think you can just…steal John from me?”
“I’m not stealing him. I’m borrowing him.” Xen folded her arms. “There is nothing wrong with this action. Excusing that, you just entered my quarters without proper-”
“I don’t care! He’s mine! And you think you-”
“Stop.” Xen’s word made Tali silent, even if for just a moment. Tali was a reasonable person, she’d listen to what the other Admiral had to say. Shepard’s face was the only thing she pointed at. “We were doing this to prepare you. You know…his saliva is also a good way of preparation…”
“Wh-what? O-oh…” Tali’s eyes fell back onto Shepard. “Does…that mean I’ll be out…a lot more? I’m fine with getting sick if that’s the case.”
Another evil laugh came from Xen. “Yes, Darling. It means you can have John all to yourself. After I make a proper injection, of course.”
Tali stopped in thought. She wouldn’t reject something like this. It was once in a lifetime. But, what did Xen mean by his saliva? Kissing? “Where would his…mouth be? I don’t know if I’m comfortable putting my fingers in his mouth…”
“Who said it’d be your fingers?” Xen laughed wickedly again. “No-no, Darling. You need it to affect you as soon as possible…and entrance, if you will.”
The second Xen finished speaking, Tali’s eyes lit up. All three knew exactly what she meant. The issue was that Tali didn’t reject it, making a simple nod instead. “Wait, do I get a say in this?” Shepard tried to stop them.
“No.” Both answered in unison. Xen grabbed another small needle, tossing it over to Tali. No time to waste, she put it into her shoulder port, feeling the effects of the antidote right away.
“S-sorry, John. I want out faster.” Tali started playing with her realk before tossing it off, it landed near Xen’s own clothing.
“But, what about the whole…” Nothing came to mind. No reason to stop this. “Well, you’re a virgin, right?”
“Yes?”
“What about that?” He continued. That had to be a good enough reason to stop her, right? Making her nervous. “You don’t wanna wait? It’s supposed to be romantic.”
“No, it’s just more reason.”
“Shit…”
“Commander, you aren’t trying to get out of this, are you?” Xen sounded insulted. “We are trying to show you, a man who deserves it, an amazing time. This would further your time with your mate. And instead, you want to-”
Shepard tried to speak out again. It’s not that he didn’t want this ; but what would the quarian people think about two of their Admirals messing around with a human? “No-no. But what about-”
“Shush, John.” Tali said while taking off her boots; her voice no better than a growl. “I’m having this, and you can’t stop me.” He could do nothing but watch in delight as Tali stripped down in front of him. There was an avidness in how Tali was removing the suit. Her hands got stuck multiple times as she tried pulling bits away.
And then she got it. Her mask. Underneath that helmet was a mystery to him, one that he had pondered about many times before. But now, he could see Tali in her true form. And she was a goddess . Strong, yet pertaining innocence. Strong cheeks with a murmur of softness. Something he could tell made her beyond just beautiful. Puffy lips, but still a harsh exterior, a small scar split down the right side. Not noticeable to someone who isn’t studying her. Her jaw also had a similar scar, a vertical line, almost nonexistent. She lifted the top part of her helmet off, and her hair puffed up as soon as she did so. That, in all of his life, was the last thing he expected her to have. Puffy hair? Still, she was the most attractive and stunning woman he had seen.
“Tali, you’re… so -”
“Silence, Commander,” Xen demanded. “She already knows how you think of her beauty, isn’t that right, Darling?”
Tali’s face burned into a deep crimson red, making a little nod at the older woman. “Y-yes…John, thank you.” The quarian resumed removing her suit, greedy to get out and finally feel what she had wanted this entire time. “So…how do we do this?” Her eyes went back to Xen, who was also standing naked, just like her.
“Simple, get John to…supply you with his saliva.” She chuckled. “Unfortunately, I’ll have to…claim whatever he expels from down there.” His manhood was the only thing she pointed at, a hunger in her eyes.
“That’s…alright. John never fails a task.” Tali wiggled her hips at him. “Never thought this would be how I end the night…”
“Me neither,” Shepard admitted. “ But , I’m glad I’m able to do it with you.”
Tali made a soft giggle as she approached him. “And for the record, I’m sorry.” Like a song to his ears, she laughed again. “I’m not sure if this is common among humans.”
“Nah, not really.” He chuckled. “But I’m ready, trust me.”
“Oh my…just get on him already.” Xen groaned. Her three fingers wrapped around Tali’s arm, tugging her towards Shepard’s face. “Sit.”
And Tali did so. While Shepard lay down, she put her legs between his head, facing toward his chest. With all that built-up excitement, anyone would have assumed she would’ve just plunged down, making Shepard start. But no, she was still too nervous to do it alone. With Xen on her side though? There was no doubt about it, she would give Tali that little push.
Shepard took in the sight before him. She smelt oddly good, nearly too good. A woman's part shouldn’t smell like a treat, in a circumstance like this, it was strictly for pleasure. And yet, Tali’s smelt like some kind of dessert, a very fruity one at that. Like a warm watermelon, or a vaguely more bitter melon. Not that it was an issue, but he was used to having to be worked up. For this? He might not even need the help. “Huh, Tali. If you don’t mind me saying,” He grinned. “You got a nice-”
The only other Admiral in the room had decided to push Tali down. A loud moan escaped the younger quarian as her ladyhood landed on her Commander's mouth. For once in her life, Tali couldn’t help but be the aggressive one. The moment she felt contact, she started pushing further and further down. Her hands landed on his chest for support, near the top end. Feeling someone else's skin was rapturous.
Xen chuckled as she made her way to her end. That part of Shepard was hers. Hopping back onto the bed, she began lining herself up again. Because of Tali’s ever-so-rude interruption, she had lost all of her progress to her core. Now, all there was left was a soaking wet underside. Her body was begging her to finish. She lined herself up with Shepard’s shaft again. It hadn’t gotten any softer, from the looks of it. Still astonishingly big, glistening from her prior encounter with it. Why not finish what she started? She lowered herself steadily.
So now, Commander Shepard, hero of the Citadel, was having copulation with two quarians at once. There were so many new feelings, all coming at him at once. The warmth of Tali over him, the way her hands rubbed against his chest, the way she buckled as his tongue entered her and left. She tasted delightful, the nectar of a goddess. She was wet, very wet. And that made it better, as the recently promoted Admiral was a treat to taste. Those extranet rumors must’ve been right, she tasted like a warm mix of watermelon, honey, and a hint of lemon. And with Xen’s own body on top of his manhood, soaking him in a wet warmth mixture of pleasure and joyous gratification. He had his hands on Tali’s thighs, holding her down, not that she wouldn’t be pushing down anyway. Xen had her hands around his stomach, holding on for dear life.
They kept going. Shepard didn’t falter at keeping both the women from making their groans of pleasure. His manhood started to strain, even for a man like him, there was a limit. Tali kept bouncing up and down, her femininity dripping the closer she got.
“S-Shepard…I-I’m close…” Tali’s leg twitched up and down for a moment before stopping next to his head. Her toes curled in unnatural ways, she gripped onto him nearing her climax.
Xen’s hoarse voice filled the air, she started to speed up. Every motion made Shepard closer to finishing, for once this time. There wouldn’t be any interruption this time. Her walls put more heat, more pressure, and more build-up on his maturity. He felt the constraint in his manhood; the more Xen bobbed the more he felt like he’d release any moment.
And then he did. He let out a long groan as he emptied himself into Admiral Xen. He started panting, tired of what just transpired. Tali doing much of the same. But Xen? She was cackling like the evil woman she was.
“Good-good!” She stood up, his manhood losing its strength quickly. Her soft feet slapped against the floor as she walked around. “This is exactly what I needed.”
“Uh, John?” Tali scooted off of his face. It looked like someone poured a cup of water on him, barely touching his hair. She was on his chest now, her legs going on each respective side of Shepard. “Did…are you okay?”
“Never better.” He flashed her a grin. “You know how you taste, right?”
“N…no?” She responded with Xen’s mindlessly evil mumbling in the back. Xen, for whatever reason, was still pacing back and forth.
“Like a damn treat. Next time you want that, just hit me up.” His grin grew even wider. “Maybe I should just start asking for you to sit on my face?”
“D-don’t say such embarrassing things!” She shied away. “T-this took a lot o-of…trust, and faith in you.”
“I know.” His tone changed to a much softer one, his hand landed on the side of her leg to gain her attention. “You still wanna talk about us?”
“Yes…” The two smiled at each other, nothing more than elated happiness. “I would love to, John.”
“Ah, there we go.” The two looked at Xen, who was fiddling with some kind of tube. Long, wavey, very fragile and thin, and blue, she started to extend it. “I will use this…to extract it from myself.” Sure enough, she stuck it up herself and put the other end on the desk, connecting it into some kind of smaller tube. Both Tali and Shepard looked away. She made a giggle and Shepard chuckled at it. It was nice, she was still sitting on his chest, the human hadn’t felt something like this in a while.
“Not what I thought I’d see.” She laughed it off.
“Same…wanna get out of here? I think your Admiral friend got what she wanted out of me tonight.”
Tali scooted back, her long toes wrapping around his ankles. “Are you sure? I…kind of just want to lay here for a bit.”
“Yes, I’m sure.” Shaking himself as a message, Tali got up. “I’ll wait for you outside, yeah?” A small bob came from her head, so he went outside after picking up his clothes and putting them back on. He had to say though, that shuttle smelt exactly how he thought it would once he was done there.
He waited outside for about five minutes before Tali came back out. He watched the waves in the distance, the moonlight reflected off of them superbly. When she got out, the old screech of the door alerted him; pulling up her hood as she stepped out.
“Hey,” He was leaning against the shuttle, a fulfilled grin the only thing he showed. “You wanna…stay in the captain's cabin tonight?”
“Keelah, yes. I don’t think I wanna be on the crew floor anymore.”
“Why?” The two started heading back to the Normandy. The warmth they felt by standing near one another was incredibly strong. Still, he felt a bit worried after hearing Tali say that. “Did something happen?”
“I walked into the gun battery…” She started to explain. “Garrus was…pleasing himself.” Her voice cracked, she had scars from the memory. “I didn’t know that he did it there. I just assumed it was in the bathroom or something…but no, he uses the barrel of his rifle…”
“W-what?” He was flabbergasted. That was not a thing he wanted to know, and now he was cursed with that knowledge. “He can fit into the barrel?”
“Y-yes…” She shivered. “How is that even possible?”
“I don’t know.” He lightly tapped her shoulder. “Glad you got me instead? I doubt you still have a thing for those spiky turians, huh?”
“I think Xen was happier than me.” She chortled. “But yes, John. I am very happy that we can finally…start something.” She grabbed his hand, dragging him along, and her voice was as flirty as before. “Come on, we’re going to your cabin.”
