Chapter Text
The cool air of the breeze from the sea softly hit Nami's face, the navigator of the Straw Hats looking towards the ocean at the starboard of the ship, the pirate crew getting a nice rest after their long drawn-out battle with Big Mom and Kaido. It was a tough fight, and they wouldn't have been able to get through it without the help of the other pirate crews that had allied with them against the two Yonko, but now that it was over, the misfit pirate team could at least take a breather for a bit on their way through the Grand Line.
The other Straw Hats were all chilling out on the deck of the Sunny, all the pirates doing whatever it is they did to unwind after the fight of their lives; Luffy was eating, Zoro was lifting some weights, Robin was trying to get some sort of tan while laying in a beach chair, Sanji was eyeing her with lust in his eyes…
They were all trying to get their minds off of the stress of beating two of the most powerful pirates in the world, and the sight of all her friends, her crewmates all hanging out with one another with no violence or bloodshed brought a smile to her face as she stared out at the sea, seeing where they were going.
It had been a few days now since the crew had set sail from Wano into the other rest of the New World, and from what
Nami was noticing, the rest of the crew was starting to get bored. They were all either sleeping or lazily sitting around doing nothing, and one fact worsened the boredom the crew was feeling; they were running out of food.
Luffy, the always-optimistic captain of the pirate crew, groaned in annoyance. "Damn, we're low on snacks!"
Chopper and Usopp were both sitting next to the young boy, stroking their growling stomachs as all three of them sat with their heads low, feeling the pain of their empty bellies start to paralyze them. Even Zoro, the swordsman attempting to look not at all bothered by the lack of food on the ship, was starting to get annoyed by him not being able to snack on anything.
As Nami steered the ship, she felt the eyes of her friend and the crew's cook, Sanji, peer into the back of her head.
"You know, it probably wouldn't hurt to stop and restock up on supplies", the blonde haired smoker said, the cigarette in his mouth not even lit. Nami acknowledged his presence and sighed.
"Yeah, I guess you're right. We'll stop on the next island we find."
Right as she said that, the two looked closer at the sea in front of them and noticed a large landmass in front of the ship. It seemed to be a normal looking island, lush green trees and sandy shored surrounding the land, with one major key difference setting the geography apart; there was, at least to Nami, what looked to be a giant penis-shaped mountain formation sticking out of the side of island, with two large testicle-shaped rocks on either side of it, making the formation look like an exact replica of male genitalia.
Nami blushed at the site. "Wh-what the hell?"
Sanji raised his eyebrow. "Eh? What's wrong?"
"You don't see the giant… you know what sticking out of that island?" she said with disbelief.
Sanji squinted his eyes to get a closer look at the structure. "I don't know what you're talking about."
Nami looked angrily at the blonde cook, thinking that he was messing with her at this point.
"You can't be serious! There's no way we're going on that island, there's probably a weird sex cult there or something."
Sanji sighed. "You said the next island we found we'd stop at, right?"
Nami looked in the other direction out of shame, knowing where this was going. "Yeah, but-"
"C'mon, the rest of the crew's hungry. We'll be in and out in less than a day. Promise. Nothing's gonna happen to you."
The orange-haired navigator looked at Sanji, a pure smile sporting his face as he believed what he was saying just as much as she did. It's true that while Sanji was a bit of a pervert, even he wouldn't let anything happen to her. She looked down at the rest of the crew, all groaning in agony at their hunger. She sighed again and closed her eyes.
"Fine."
She moved the ship steering wheel and set a course for the land mass with the strange phallic shape on it. As much as she trusted Sanji, there was still an uneasy feeling in her stomach that she couldn't shake as she got closer to the island. One that Sanji obviously didn't feel.
As the Sunny got closer to the port of the island they were heading towards, the feeling of dread Nami was experiencing only got stronger. None of the other Straw Hats seemed to notice or care, the mostly-male crew of the ship getting ready to get offboard to grab some grub, happy looks on their faces as they couldn't wait to stretch their feet on actual ground and get an actual meal before they continue their journey.
The only other member of the crew that was experiencing some sort of uneasiness at getting closer to the island with the strange phallic-shaped rock on it's mass was the only other female on board; Nico Robin.
The raven-haired woman looked at the shore, a somewhat worried expression on her face that matched Nami's. She didn't know what it was, but something about this place seemed… off, even as they got to the port of the nearest town on the island.
It was a small village settlement with men and little kids walking around, playing and socializing with one another in small markets and in quant little restaurants near the port. The Sunny stopped near the wooden peer of the dock, and unhooked the lion-paw anchors of the boat as they dropped into the water, making the ship stationary as the men and Robin began exiting the ship, with Nami staying behind for a moment to tie the rest of the ropes to the port together to make sure the boat stayed where it was. But to her, she just didn't want to get off of the ship.
Tying the last of the ropes from the ship, the Straw Hat navigator stepped off the boat and joined the rest of the crew, the men still stretching out and cracking whatever muscles needed to be cracked as Nami looked to Robin, both of the women looking at one another, almost like they knew just stepping foot onto the island made the two uncomfortable.
Robin sighed and walked up to Luffy, the new Warlord of the sea still adjusting his neck in a comical fashion.
"Luffy… maybe we should-"
A steamy trail of something delicious-smelling hit Luffy's nostrils as whatever Robin was saying completely went through one ear and out the other.
"CAN'T TALK, FOOD!"
The boy ran past Robin and made a run for it to the nearest restaurant, with Chopper and Usopp following suit. The rest of the male Straw Hats walked behind their captain in a relaxed manner, completely ignoring the two women of the crew as Robin walked over to Nami, her arms crossed with an irritated expression on her face.
"You feel it too, right?" said Robin as she looked at Nami's eyes, a hint of nervousness plaguing them.
"Yeah", she said agreeing with the archaeologist of the crew, "this place gives me the creeps."
Robin closed her eyes to think for a moment. "Maybe we could try talking to Luffy again?"
Nami humphed. "Luffy only thinks with his stomach when he's hungry. There's no point in trying to talk to him right now."
Robin gave a 'hmm' in reponse. "Maybe we could pick up the food ourselves and stay on the ship afterwards?"
Nami contemplated the idea. They could do that, or follow the rest of the crew to the bar and tavern they were all rushing into to get a bite to eat.
"Let's just get the food ourselves and then meet back here", said Nami as she and Robin both looked at one another in understanding. The two nodded and set off to the small marketplace to grab some food for the rest of the crew, hoping the boys wouldn't take so long to fill their stomachs.
As the two women walked through the small food market in the town, they couldn't help but notice that some of the men walking past them were eyeing them, looking at them as they tried to look as casual as possible inside the seemingly hostile place they were in.
Nami and Robin were both used to men eyeing them every time they walked into a town; they were both beautiful women, some of the hottest in the world possibly, on top of the two being part of one of the most infamous pirates crews on the planet with huge bounties on their heads. But these looks, they felt different. The looks these men were giving them weren't looks of lust or perversion, they were looks of hate. Pure, carnal hate. And the two girls kept walking, attempting to ignore the looks as they could feel the men's eyes gaze into their very souls. The girls sped up their pace.
As they walked around the market, still trying to ignore the eyes on them, they noticed something else; there were no women anywhere. They hadn't seen any in the market, on the dock, or even any from the windows of the different shops or homes on the streets they were walking. There weren't even any young girls around, just little boys, who were also looking at the female pirates with contempt in their eyes.
The fact that there were no women or girls mixed in with the peering eyes of the men around them only fueled the girl's desire to get off the island even faster, sweat dripping down their voluptuous bodies as they both stopped at a food vendor run by an older man with a long beard, a selection of various fruits and vegetables in front of them.
Nami grabbed some berries from the small bag she was carrying and analyzed the fruits, making sure they all looked ripe and tasty enough to bring back onto the ship. She could still feel the leering eyes of the men behind them, even with all of the murmurs and conversations the male towns folk were having amongst themselves around them.
Her hand was shaking as she clenched the bills in her hands, still looking at the fruit to see which ones were good to take.
"Uhhhh, Nami?" Robin said behind her, tapping her shoulder to get the money-clutching girl's attention. Nami turned around, and what she saw made her heart sink.
All of the men and boys in town had stopped what they were doing and glared at the women. All the talking, socializing, playing, eating, ceased immediately as the two women started to lose the color in their faces. The men just stared at them; they didn't even say anything, just looking at the girls with pure hatred and rage in their eyes.
Nami and Robin were both shaking now, thinking of what to do.
Before the two could react, a group of young boys came up to the two of them, looking to be in their late teens or early twenties, each of them not even holding a weapon but still, somehow, intimidating the two women as they looked at them with the same piercing death glares they got from the rest of the town.
"We don't take kindly to your kind around", one of them said as he leered at the two girl's large sets of breasts, both of them starting to heave from the nervousness they were getting from the situation.
Nami gulped. "O-our kind? You mean pirates, right?"
The boy confronting her didn't even look up her eyes as he responded. "No."
Just then, another boy ran past Nami and snatched her bag with all of her money in it. Nami looked at the boy who was now running away from the female couple.
"Hey, stop!"
She began chasing the young boy around, the orange-haired girl starting to run off as Robin was still standing in the middle of the town, now seperated from her friend as the men in the village continued their harsh looks at her.
"Nami, wait for me!"
Robin began running after her friend, her large tits flopping comically as she chased after the orange-haired pirate and the kid who stole her purse. As the two females started to fade into the distance, the men just kept staring at them, all saying nothing and doing nothing. When they were finally out of sight, they all went back to what they were doing before.
"Aaaah, that was a good lunch, huh guys?"
The male Straw Hats exited the restaurant they were all eating in, their stomachs full and all sporting satisfied looks on their faces. They looked around the small town, the men and boys all socializing and playing and chatting with one another, like the event that had just transpired outside had never happened.
Usopp held his stomach in delight. "That was the best meal I've had in ages!"
Frankie, still sipping on a bottle of cola he got from the establishment, looked around at the normal looking town. "Hey, where's Nami and Robin?"
Luffy, still holding his tummy, noticed his female friends dissapearence as well. "Huh, don't know. Maybe they weren't hungry?"
"They're probably back at the ship", added Zoro, looking disinterested in the conversation. The rest of the crew nodded in agreement, assuming that was probably where they were.
"Alright", Luffy said with his fists pumped against one another, "let's grab some more food!"
The pirates all dispersed and entered the marketplace to look for food to stock up on the ship, unaware that there female companions were on an adventure of their own.
