Chapter Text

The flashing street lights and the sound of sirens were nothing new in their world, neither was the smell of blood and gunpowder, the sounds of screams and fire being amidst were their holy grail, nothing new, nothing old, a routine that somehow always seemed to change.

  1. Don't be surprised if a dead body is near.
  2. Don't scream.
  3. Don't run.
  4. Don't go looking at places you know there is gonna be something you are going to regret seeing.

And most importantly,

    5. Don't aim if you are not going to shoot.

Those were the rules of the Underground. Core principals that kept them sane as long as they did and were punishable as one wished, because of course, even in an uncertain place there must exist a semblance of balance.

They may have pissed Pluto off once or twice, several times more likely, but how can you piss off a God when you don't believe in them to begin with? How do you invoke their wrath and shame when you have denounced them so vividly after they failed you repeatedly? Once you step into the mafia scene, once you step in the godless land, you renounce any of your beliefs, there is no place for prayers or asking mercy for a supreme being.

The legend of the Underground was one that never seemed to fit with the narrative, one that evolved with the society that lived in it. Nobody knew when it started, for all they knew it had always been there, feed off the anger and pain of others, build on lies and loyalty for those who were more powerful, The Underground seemed to forever stay, worry glances at the alleyway and avoiding certain streets, an invisible line that divided what was considered good and what was considered evil. Nobody dared to break the rules or commit again to believing in gods that didn’t help.

Of course, unless you were CB97.

CB97, the leader of the northern parts of the Underworld in Seoul under the name of SKZ, a short tempered man with a death stare no one could not fear; blood tainted his hands like it was a part of him, the iron smell being imprinted on him like it was always there, mixed with expensive cologne and the scent death, if you feel that you are been hunted, CB97 is there. No one knew his real name, death was the price if you ask or even if you figured that one out, many had forgotten when he appeared, like a creature of the night he just popped into their lives and never left, CB97 seemed to have always just been there.

Even though he had power and was well respected amongst the elite, having millions under his command, he had only one person he could trust by his side, his right hand man and his soulmate, J.ONE, a squirrel looking guy that appeared out of thin air, just like him, to ruin their lives and make them all pay for their pride and heads, expert in weapons and way too good with them for their sake.

No one knows how they met, they just know they did and decided to reek havoc amongst them all, rumor had it that they came together, others speculated that someone was been used, but all they knew was that J.ONE having access to all the northern documents, organizing them and classifying them with an efficiency of a mad man with rent due, if you wanted to see the boss, you had to go through him and that by itself was a dangerous game, for J.ONE did not tolerate disrespect. Bullet to your head if you disrespected the princess.

The only way they all knew that he was his soulmate (one of the SEVEN he had matter of factly) was the daisy with a golden rim around CB97’s soulmate mark, looking alive and basking in their bloody glory. CB97 was not shy of the idea that he did believe in the gods or in soulmates in this godless territory, he had one by his side and was an unstoppable machine, the two of them so in sync you would never have guessed that J.ONE appeared just a year ago out of nowhere, sitting crossed legged in an important reunion taking notes, tapping away like it was a normal occurrence.

..

“CB97, we established that no strangers could be in this type of meeting, civilians being included, why the fuck is this guy here like a personal bitch secretary?”

J.ONE looked up, certainly pissed, brown eyes darkened as he twisted his pretty face in disgust. In a swift move he had a gun in his hand, jumped on the table and shot. The surprised screams and gasps of the people in the reunion alongside the smirk of CB97 was something you don't see or hear everyday, the bullet had been shot right next to his head, the burn mark smoking from the cushion of the seat as the man stood frozen, eyes widened as he realizes that the bullet missed by an inch.

J.ONE's eyes were dark and irritated, gun in hand as he tilted his head. The cruelness in his stare could match CB97 himself, who was now reclining on his chair with an amused look as everyone stared at the man who dared to shoot Mark.

“Be thankful I missed. I don't tolerate disrespect and less from a dickhead like you.” His voice was calm and deep, not faltering to the man in front of him, gun still raised and aiming at Mark’s head, like he was still considering not to miss. “The name is J.ONE, you don't need to know more.” He stayed silent, clicking his tongue as he turned to look at CB97. “Well…”

“He's my soulmate.” CB97 finally spoke, his smirk still on his face as J.ONE returned to his seat, fixing his jacket in the process. “Any questions? Any demands?”

..

No one had, how could they? It was clear as day that the world was now also at the mercy of CB97 soulmate and that terrified them to no end, the rumor that the northern leader had as his right hand man spread like wildfire between every crevice of The Underground, no revelation like that being too quiet in any part of The Compass.

Anxious glances had been shot at J.ONE as he walked the halls, the streets and every building he stepped in, his elegant demeanor and confident strokes were enough to make people move, bow down to him in his Louis Vuitton shoes, no one daring to even look at him directly in the eyes even though they had to if they appreciated living at all, or maybe  they had a death whish, who was J.One to say no?

People soon learned that he was good with the gun, his aim was immaculate, never missing a shot unless he wanted to, they were feared couple, respected, breaking the rules of The Underground to the very core of its foundation was something that not many had the privilage of having the title of.

No one dared to mess with crime royalty.

But behind the closed doors in a mansion across the northern part of Seoul, in the heart of Nowon, two lovers were locked in the boss’s office, clothes being discarded everywhere as the older was penetrating his lover, grunted moans were the only thing you were going to hear if you dared to pass by and to everyone in Bahng Entertainment, no one passed by when J.ONE was in the office as well.

Jisung, J.ONE, had his mouth muffled by his lover's tie, his whines and moans being restricted by the soft silky fabric custom made for Chan, CB97, during a peace treaty. He bit down on the fabric with harshness as Chan used him to his liking, hands being held above his head as the thrusts kept getting deeper with his sound, his back arched as Chan hit his sweet spot once more, holding his his legs as he was bent in half, a loud moan escaping him as the desk rocked a bit.

Chan had a beautiful view of his lover, his messy dark brown hair being dampened with sweat sticking to his forehead, his pristine white button up shirt ripped open, his bite marks showing all over his soft tan skin. Tears running down his adorable cheeks was something he enjoyed as his eyes rolled back due to his pleasure, he smiled as he thrusted once more, earning a whine from Jisung.

“Oh you feel so good,” his voice was low and groggy; removing his hand from holding Jisung, traveling down to his other thigh, he pulled him closer, the younger's hands grasping onto him, sitting slightly as he kept fucking him. “So good for daddy, a pretty toy aren't you?”

Jisung didn't even mind responding; as he dug his nails into other's back, a hiss of pain escaped his lips as Chan's thrusts became sloppier, Jisung moaned more as they both felt their climax coming.

“Yes, oh, just like that, good girl.” Jisung wiggled his head, trying to escape the silk around his mouth. “Oh? The bitch wants to be heard? Do you want the entire building to hear how good I fuck you? Hear what a dumb bitch you are? Huh? Is that what you want?”

Jisung nodded so desperately that Chan wasn't able to refuse: He skillfully undid the tie and threw it somewhere in that big office, hand once again under Jisung's thighs, holding him secure as his sweet moans were heard, high pitched and lewd sounds as he bounced on his cock. Chan smiled as the younger bit his lip, being no use in concealing the sounds he was making.

“Are you gonna come, slut?” Jisung whined to the nickname, degrading was a huge turn on for him after all. “Gonna come all over daddy?”

“Yes, please, me come, dADDY!” Chan laughed slowly as Jisung was not able to utter a coherent sentence, being fucked dumb was an absolute glory for him. “Please, please please-

“Just because you asked so sweetly, baby.” Jisung nodded, throwing his head back as Chan gave him his final thrust. “Cum for me, so I'll fill you up properly like the bitch you are.”

Jisung did on command, the hot white liquid painting their stomachs and Chan's did with his insides. Sweat and the common scent of daisies and magnolias were the only scents in the room as the two lovers let out pants and took deep breaths of air. Jisung had his forehead on Chan's shoulder as his dick softened inside of him, cum being held inside him as he tried to recover from that great season of office sex. The oldest pulled them down, sitting on his chair with Jisung on his lap, giving lazy kisses on the exposed shoulders and neck of his lover, his hand tracing his figure as they sat there basking in their sinful atmosphere.

It was days like these that made their life worth living sometimes, an illusion of normalcy between meetings and having to send their clothes into an incinerator because the blood just didn’t want to come off. Chan discovered that having Jisung there gave him a sense of comfort, his lover, his own soulmate tucked between his arms like he was always meant to, a daisy and a magnolia whose roots intertwined so deeply that if you pluck one the other goes with.

Being young and hopeful was something he never experienced that off term, spending so much time in The Underground gave him a sense of reality that no child should have to deal with, seven soulmates, he remembers crying and feeling dread, thinking he could never have them and here he was, years later, with his daisy clinging onto him.

“Come on princess, let's get you cleaned up.” Jisung nodded weakly as Chan carried him to his private bathroom, his fluids running slightly down his legs as he was placed in the bathtub.

Chan positioned himself behind him, opening the faucet of warm water. As the water ran filling up the bathtub, Chan's mind traveled to the day he met his Sungie, his pretty daisy, when he was just a regular secretary in a hotel where he was staying for a meeting with their provider. How he felt a warmth so unique he could tell he was in love at first sight with the pretty secretary that attended him. He looked at Jisung who lazily closed the water faucet and relaxed once more as the warm water embraced them. They stayed like that for a moment, with no words uttered, just them in silence as Chan poured water on his lover's head with his hand, Jisung making soft noises, his finger tracing his leg as the water fell back to the tub.

“You okay baby?” Chan brought Jisung wrist to his lips, giving soft kisses as his soulmate gave a quick giggle.

“Yes Channie.” A soft kiss was left on his cheek as his fingers traced his jaw, sending soft electric shocks across his body. “So good as always.”

“The best for my princess.”

They washed themselves with familiarity, rubbing shampoo with grace, using this opportunity to slightly touch each other even more. If anyone was to see them, they were to think they were just another couple, two soulflowers finding each other and having a moment after their love making, but they weren't, even so no one in the Undeground was accustomed to not believe in the gods or soulmates.

The ones that did find their other halves were highly respected due to the fact they found their forever, bonus was if they were also part of the scene. It was a rare sight to behold, but Chan and Jisung made it work, the oldest confessing who he was on day one to his lover, not wanting to have secrets from him, secrets that had destroyed his own family. The younger was taken aback a bit, not to lie, not everyday would you find out your soulmate was a powerful mafia leader that ran the northern part of the Underground and was one of, if not the most, feared mafia leaders in all of South Korea by a wide margin. Under the moon Chan confessed to him who he was, what he wanted, being clear from the get go so Jisung would not feel deceived or tricked.

“Quit this life, quit everything you had and come with me. You will be treated like royalty, I know it's selfish to ask, but I want you by my side, Sungie, ruling the north. I'll give you everything you want, ask for it and it's yours just like I am.”

Jisung smiled as he held Chan's face, for being a feared mafia leader, he was a big softie right now.

“Okay.”

That simple sentence changed his world forever: no one knew about Han Jisung since then, he was lost between the sea of people and nameless faces as the world continued spinning without worrying about him, no one cared to look for him anyways, no family by his side and just a few friends that seemed so distant might as well be strangers with  name he knew.

All of this made it perfect for his disappearance, one more ghost to haunt the street and the minds of these that had the honor of ever knowing his name, and months later did J.ONE come into the scene, establishing his place in the mafia with ease, CB97's soulmate, an expert in weapons, slowly enjoying running SKZ with his lover, a dangerous pair they were.

Even though they were very happy together, they still wanted their lovers, their other flowers. Sight of their mark being incomplete did not set right with them, they weren't sure where to start but they will find them, protect them, have them near. As they walked down the great hallways of their agency, they had a goal in mind.

Find them at all costs.

Yes, I have no self control in making stories, I'm sorry. Short chapter to begin with, longer chapters as the story progresses.
