Blame all for shit for our continued existence

Summary:

“-and then I told Mr. Cockroach that he looked like my brother, and the bastard ignored me for a week!”

“Love, I think you went insane in the vault,” third said gently. Izuku laughed so hard he choked on his food, and fifth, oh-so helpfully thumped him on the back, sending Izuku face first into his rice.

Izuku growled low in his throat, trying his best Kachan impression, but the effect was ruined by the grains of rice in his hair and on his nose. Yagi, who izuku(and Kachan and the not-vestiges) were eating lunch with, chuckled, while Kachan cackled and Izuku pouted.

Work Text:

“Ninth?”

Izuku opens his eyes, staring blearily up at- a man? Izuku squinted, trying to focus properly on his face, but it’s too close to his.

“Wha-?”

“Oh thank god you're awake,” the man says, and as he leans backwards Izuku sees his face clearly.

“First?” He asks, and the man- First- nods. “What’s going on?”

“We don’t know,” a second voice says, and Izuku whips his head around, spotting a man with spiky salmon colored hair and wearing prequirk military gear, leaning against a wall.

“Second?” Izuku says, even more confused. Second sighs.

“to tell you the truth, we have no idea what happened. One minute we were playing Uno in the mindscape and the next we were all standing in your room, with real, corporeal bodies.” Izuku, predictably, starts muttering.

“Whoa kid, slow down!” A third voice says, popping Izuku out of his thoughts. Looking up, he spots a bald man with Eraserhead style goggles on his head and what looked like a hero costume made of repurposed military gear standing by the window.

“Fifth,” Izuku mutters. Looking around his room, he finally spots the others. Seventh, a woman with long black hair put half up and a black hero costume with yellow and red accents, is floating next to the light in the ceiling.

Third, a man with dusty blue hair in a ponytail and wearing the same military uniform as Second, is leaning against the wall next to him.

Fourth, who is extremely tall with short, pale purple hair and two cracks across his left eye, is peering into the closet, and Sixth, who is short with close cropped black hair and a red coat with a collar reminiscent of Best Jeanist’s, is asleep on an armchair.

Looking at his phone, Izuku groans. It’s 5AM. Tossing off his covers, he dials a number he knows by heart. The phone rings seven times before the call is picked up.

“Young Izuku?” Yagi says, sleep still clinging to his words. “Is something wrong? Why are you calling at this hour?”

“No its- nothing is wrong, per se, just- I’m not sure how to explain it. Can you meet me at UA?”

“Sure, I’ll be there.” Izuku nods, despite knowing that the man can’t see it, and hangs up. Turning to the past users, he explains the plan.

“Yagi is going to meet us at UA. Also, someone wake up sixth.” Izuku then throws on a dark green, almost black, hoodie over his ‘pajamas’, which is actually just a t-shirt and flannel pants, grabs his backpack and exits his room.

He had been staying over at his mother’s apartment for the weekend, so he thankfully didn’t have to worry about getting caught for breaking curfew. Silently the eight of them walked out of his apartment building and began jogging towards UA.

When they got there, they only had to wait a few minutes for Yagi to appear from inside the gate. The man, who was wearing a gray sweater and green cargo pants, jogged over to them, his bangs flying around his head.

“Young Izuku, who are these peo-?” He starts, only to be cut off.

“Toshi!” Seventh squeals, rushing up to hug the man. Yagi stands stock still, eyes wide and jaw agape. Tears well in his eyes as he speaks.

“Shimura..?” He whispers.

“It’s me,” she whispers back.

“This family reunion is great and all, but could we cut to the chase?” Seconds voice startles the two out of their hug.

“Don’t mind him, he’s just upset because he has mommy issues,” First says, to which Second bares his teeth and growls. Izuku is reminded of him and Kachan, but in a universe where they stayed friends.

“Do not compare me to that spoiled brat!” Second says, turning to Izuku. Izuku claps his hands over his mouth.

“Did I say that out loud..?” He asks sheepishly.

“Say what out loud?” Sixth says, appearing seemingly out of nowhere beh8nd izuku.

“Yeah, i didn’t hear anything!” Fifth says.

“Then how did- never mind. Let’s get to the point. Us vestiges are alive. We should be dead,” Second says, turning to look at Izuku and Yagi. “Did either of you get hit with a meta-ability yesterday?”

“No… but Hatsume made me try a new ‘baby’ of hers. I’m not sure what it was supposed to do, but maybe we could ask her..?” Izuku says, looking questioningly at the others. Sighing, Fourth speaks.

“It seams that is our best bet.”

Walking up to the buzzer, Izuku presses the secret button that Yagi told him about. Instead of connecting to the security, the secret button connects straight to Nezu.

“Hello Midoriya! How may I be of assistance?” The chipper voice of the principal sounds through the speaker. Taking a deep breath, Izuku speaks.

“We need to talk about the musketeers. Something… strange happened.”

“I assume this has to do with the unfamiliar people standing with you?”

“Yes,” Izuku says. There was a pause, and then the gate to UA opened. Izuku motioned the others inside, and together they walked towards the teacher’s dorms and offices. Outside of the building was Nezu himself, wearing a(frankly adorable) pair of blue striped pajamas with a matching hat. Nezu then hopped up onto izuku’s shoulder like he had seen him do with Aizawa.

“Let’s head to the conference room, shall we?”

The nine humans and one mammal of indeterminate origin made their way silently through the halls of UA, stopping at the door to the only conference room in the entire building that lacked cameras and bugs. Sitting down on the couches, Second spoke.

“To put it bluntly, we are the vestiges of One For All. We live inside the quirk itself in a place we call the ‘mindscape’. We’ve been in there the entire time the quirk has existed, but we’ve only been able to truly make our presence known to Ninth. us vestiges, all seven and a half of us, were playing Uno when suddenly we were yanked out of the mindscape and into the real world. We breathe, have real, corporeal bodies, and we don’t glow. We are alive.”

“As for how, our best guess is that when Mei Hatsume’s invention was tested on Ninth it somehow brought us back to life,” First said. Nezu hummed thoughtfully, pulling a fresh cup of tea out of nowhere and taking a sip.

“Quite strange indeed…” he muttered. Yagi inclined his head.

“we were hoping that you could help us determine the cause of this, and provide us with some aid. We have no idea how long this will last, or what the effects will be, and they need things to do.”

“Well, we can’t very well wake up Hatsume this early, but in the meantime, how about you all have breakfast with me and the teachers?” Izuku shrugs. It certainly wouldn’t be the strangest thing to happen to him lately.

Grabbing his backpack, Izuku and the users exit the room, Nezu back on his shoulder. They head towards the teacher’s dorms, where Izuku knocks on the door. It opens to reveal an extremely tired Aizawa.

“Problem Child?” Izuku waves sheepishly.

“Hey Aizawa… can you take Nezu please?”

“Nezu, why are you in your pajamas? And why are you with problem child?” Aizawa then seemingly noticed the vestiges. “And who are these people?” Nezu simply grins, hopping from Izuku’s shoulder to Aizawa’s.

“They will be joining us for breakfast!” He says cheerily. “There was an incident last night and they will be staying with us until we can figure out what happened.” Aizawa groans.

“And why is Midoriya here?” Nezu grins.

“He was part of the incident. Now then,” At this, Nezu claps his paws. “Yamanda, please prepare breakfast for eight more people!”

Izuku walks in to the teacher’s dorms. Apparently they were the same design as the student ones, with Twenty bedrooms on the upper floors, and on the ground floor a common room, kitchen, and dining area.

The teachers were sitting at the large table, eating American pancakes. Izuku grabs a plate followed by the past users and sits down, the vestiges quite literally gobbling up their food. To be fair, the lack of table manners was understandable, some of them hadn’t eaten in 200+ years, so Izuku didn’t point it out. They did get strange looks from the teachers though.

Eventually everyone was done, and Izuku grabbed his phone to check the time.

“Ugh, it’s only 6:30,” he muttered. “That means we can’t go to Hatsume yet.” At the mention of Hatsume, Powerloader, who was sitting across from Izuku, stiffened.

“What do you want with her?” He asked suspiciously. Izuku looked up from his phone.

“Oh! She had me test out a baby yesterday and it presumably caused this mess,” he says, gesturing to the vestiges. Powerloader shook his head in exasperation.

“Did she force you to test it..?” Izuku was surprised.

“What? No, of course not! She helped me out with part of my hero costume in exchange for a favor! Plus, having me analyze her inventions before she tests them cuts the explosion rate by 67.38%!” Powerloader slumps in his seat, and Izuku could have sworn he heard a ‘thank god’ from him. Turning back to the other teachers, Izuku speaks again.

“While I wait to be able to talk to her, can I ask you some questions?” Aizawa looks suspicious.

“What kind of questions?”

“Well, I want to analyze the teachers, but apart from Ya- All Might and Aizawa, I don’t get much of a chance to.” Nezu leans forward.

“Analysis you say?” He asks, a gleam in his eye. Izuku nods absentmindedly.

“Yep! Heroes, villains, quirks, character, body language…” Izuku looks up from his notebook, startled to see Nezu peering at him curiously.

“I would love for you to analyze me,” Nezu says, tail and whiskers twitching. Izuku’ eyes widen, and he flushes slightly, waving his arms around wildly.

“W-what? I couldn’t-“

“Just do as the Rat orders,” Aizawa grumbles. Izuku pauses.

“If you're ok with it..?” He asks hesitantly. Nezu, to his surprise, nods excitedly.

“Do you want me to do it out loud or on paper?” Izuku asks, already itching for his pen.

“Just do it however you would normally,” Nezu says. Izuku nods.

“O- ok. Um, here I go.” With that he pulled his notebook out of his backpack and grabbed his pen. Titling the page, Izuku studied the mammal.

Nezu was a strange and mysterious creature. Little was known about him. So Izuku started with what he knew, like he always did.

Nezu

Nezu is a mammal with white fur and characteristics of several different species. He has a scar over his right eye, and his eyes are black and beady. He has whiskers, he walks on two legs, and he has human mannerisms.

He is the principal of UA and his quirk, High Specs, boosts his intelligence greatly. He loves to use the air vents as transportation, he loves making humans confused/shocked/scared, he loves tea, he loves chess, he is known for tackling corruption and prejudice in society, and can defeat anyone given enough information.

Next he wrote what he had observed.

Nezu is incredibly hard to read. His demeanor is constantly chipper and calm, however even he slips up sometimes. When i mentioned analysis his eyes lit up with curiosity. When i explained further his ears, tail, and whiskers twitched in excitement, and even now he keeps glancing at me.

Then he wrote down what he was guessing at.

I suspect that Nezu is a hybrid of many different species, including mouse/rat, bear, dog, cat, and ferret, as evidenced by many of his physical attributes and behaviors. I think he is very protective of his territory(UA) and those that reside within it, as evidenced by UA’s defenses and how he reacted to the various attacks this year. I also believe that he may have trouble staring at screens for long periods of time, even more so than humans.

Finally, he wrote his questions.

Does his fur puff up when scared? Does he have heightened senses? Does he see in full color, human range of color, or in monotone? How can he speak? Does he have human vocal cords? Maybe a parrot’s. Are his human mannerisms learned or natural? Where did he pull out his tea cup from? Is his background experimentation, like I suspect? Is-

Izuku pauses, looking up from his notes. Nezu is staring at him. He shrinks in his seat slightly.

“D- did i do s- something wrong?” He asks in a meek voice. Nezu shakes his head, his grin slightly feral.

“Not at all, Midoriya. It appears you are more intelligent than I suspected.” Izuku blinks in surprise.

“Wha-?” He asks, confused.

“I have no idea what you are writing. I can’t decipher it.” Izuku sits there, shell shocked.

“What do you mean you can’t decipher it?! You’re Nezu!”

“Yes, I am. And I’m saying that you have stumped me. Now then, I do believe it’s time to meet with Hatsume.”

Knocking on the door to the support lab, Izuku ducks a random piece of metal and enters, taking the familiar route to Hatsume’s table, the not-vestiges-anymore following behind him, though Izuku notes Third getting distracted by various equipment. Maybe he was the support worker among the vestiges?

“Yes, I was.” Izuku jumps, looking around. That was Third’s voice, but he looks just as confused as Izuku himself.

“Third, Can you hear me?” Izuku thinks, and he senses more then sees the man nod in confusion. “Can all of you hear me?”

“Wha-“

“I knew I heard you earlier.”

“Yes, but how?”

“No time. Hatsume is coming.” Izuku looked up, spotting Hatsume bouncing towards him.

“Hey ten million, whach’ya need? A baby perhaps?” Izuku smiled. He liked Hatsume, even if she could be a bit much.

“No, I don’t need a baby, I need you to tell me what the one from yesterday was supposed to do. I think I’m expecting side effects.” Hatsume’s eyes widen with curiosity, and she nods at light speed, pulling a tablet out of nowhere.

“What side effects?” Izuku gestures to the vestiges.

“Well, they appeared in my room. For reference, they’re part of my quirk, which is sentient.”

“I didn’t know your quirk was sentient!” Izuku shrugs.

“Neither did I, until recently. Apparently my quirk works by storing the strength and quirks of my ancestors. They should all be dead.”Hatsume nods, examining the vestiges.

“the baby was supposed to heal your bones all the way, so that you could use your arms while fighting again! I suppose it healed them instead, or- let me see your hands!” Hatsume grabs Izuku’s right arm and examines his hand, which Izuku notes is no longer crooked. Hatsume hums, typing sumthing on her tablet, before turning the screen to him.

“This is your arm yesterday,” she explains, showing an x-ray with mangled bone structure. Izuku winces. “This,” Hatsume swipes on the screen. “Is your hand today.” The image was straight and healthy looking. “It appears that is healed your body and your quirk. You still have your scars though. Interesting.” Then she straightened.

“Oh! Make sure your quirk still works!” Izuku’s eyes widened. He hadn’t thought of that. Reaching deep into himself, Izuku taps into the ocean of power, drawing out a small amount of energy. Green lighting flickers to life over his form, and Izuku sighs in relief.

“How did you do this?” He asks. Hatsume shrugs.

“The little kid you rescued, Eri, came to me. Apparently she had heard that you had some permanent injury, and she wanted to help. She said ‘my quirk helped him before, it might help again!’ So she let me draw some blood. She looked scared, but when I asked she said that she wanted to face her fears.” Izuku smiled softly. He would have to talk to Eri later, to simultaneously thank her and tell her to not do that again unless she was completely comfortable. But it showed her progress, and he was proud of her.

“Is this,” he gestured to the vestiges. “Permanent?” Hatsume shrugs again.

“Eri’s quirk is, but my babies aren’t. There’s a 50% chance either way.” Izuku sighs.

“Thanks Hatsume.”

“Call me Mei!”

***

Second has to pull third away from talking to Power Loader, who had finished his breakfast, and they walk back to the first year teachers’ dorms. Knocking on the door, it’s once again opened by an exasperated Aizawa.

“What is it, Problem Child.” Izuku smiles sheepishly.

“Do you want the good news or the bad news?” Aizawa sighs.

“Bad news.” He grumbles. Izuku takes a deep breath.

“The bad news is that there is a 50% chance that this is permanent.” Aizawa groans. “The good news is that my bones are completely healed, and Eri is getting over her trauma!” Aizawa perks up at the mention if Eri.

“What does this have to do with Eri..?”

“Apparently she helped Ha- Mei create the baby. She learned that I had a permanent injury and wanted to use her quirk to help, so she let Mei draw some blood to use in a baby to heal my bones. Also, can you talk to Eri about her not needing to get over her trauma like that? I’m glad that she wants to move on, but I’m not sure if that is the best method.” Aizawa nods.

“Thank you for telling me about Eri, Problem Child. I’ll talk to her, and we’ll see about finding a different way for her to get over her trauma. As for the people, how did a device meant to heal your bones bring these people? And how do you know them?” Izuku blinks. He should have expected that question.

“So, my quirk is sentient. It works by storing the quirks and strength of my ancestors, along with their souls. So when Mei’s baby rewound my bones, it also rewound their souls back to life. Or at least that’s the running theory.” Aizawa pulls up his capture weapon, screams into it, and then looks at Izuku.

“Midoriya. How long have you known your quirk was sentient.” Izuku winces.

“for sure or the signs?”

“Both.”

“… The first hint was during the sports festival. When Shinso put me under his quirk I saw shadowy figures and then my quirk activated on its own, breaking me out of Shinso’s quirk. The first time I knew for sure was a little while after the raid on the precepts of death, when I had a dream about them.” Aizawa pinches the bridge of his nose.

“And you didn’t think to tell me until now because..?” Izuku winces again.

“Because I thought you would find it strange that I only just found out about it..?”

“And why did you only just now figure that out?” Izuku winces for a third time.

“… my quirk came in late.”

“How late.” Izuku looks away. “How late, Problem Child.”

“… the entrance exam…” Aizawa’s eyes widen.

“So the first time you used your quirk was-“ Izuku nods sheepishly. “And you didn’t tell me because..?” Izuku winces. He was doing that a lot in this conversation.

“Because you would have expelled me.”

“No I wouldn’t-“

“Yes you would have,” Nezu says, popping into existence next to Izuku. Both people present startle. “You would have expelled him because he was a liability.” Aizawa glares at Nezu, but he doesn’t deny it. There was a moment of awkward silence before Aizawa speaks again.

“So. Who knows about this?”

“Kachan, Ya- All Might, Nezu, Gran Torino, Tsukauchi, my mom, and now you.” Aizawa opens his mouth to speak again, but is cut off by second.

“This is great and all, but can you have this conversation, ya know, not in the doorway?” Izuku blushes, and Aizawa nods, the duo (and Nezu) heading inside, followed by all 7 not-ghosts. Yagi looks up from where he’s loading the dishwasher, smiling.

“Young Izuku! What did Hatsume say?”

“It was definitely caused by her baby, my arms are completely healed,  and their is a 50% chance if this being permanent.” Yagi finishes loading the dishwasher and walks over to Izuku and ruffles his hair. Then Izuku has a thought. Turning to the past users, he speaks.

“Do you still have your quirks?”

Fifth frowns, before summoning a black tendril, face morphing into a gin as it dances in his hand. Then he tries stabbing forth, who dodged thanks to his quirk, but bumps into seventh, causing them both to fall.

Luckily seventh catches herself with float, but her flailing arms smack sixth across the face, and he lets out purple smoke as he falls, which causes Yagi to cough.

In an attempt to get Yagi out of the smoke, first rushes over to him but is tripped by third, causing him to crash into second. Second, like the petty man he is, manages to jab third in the crotch just hard enough to send him keeling over.

The only ones left standing are Izuku, Yagi, and seventh, who is technically floating.

“And they call us the strongest quirk in existence,” izuku mutters. As the past users untangle themselves, Nezu once again stands of Aizawa’s shoulder, clapping his paws.

“guests, for now i think you should follow Midoriya around.” Aizawa looks slightly panicked at the thought, but Nezu just continues. “I have a few ideas about what you can do, but we’ll have to see how things play out first. Dismissed!”

the no-longer-ghosts(and Izuku) were walking to class early, discussing what they should do with their new bodies.

“I vote we eat as much food as possible.”

“Personally I want to lean about the technology here.”

“Let’s become hermits.”

“Hear me out- we hug my grandson.”

“Like, all of us collectively or-?”

“Yes, all of us.”

“I wanna prank the Hero commission,”

“What if we, i don’t know, kill our mortal enemy?!”

“Guys!” First’s voice broke through the bickering. “How about we do all of that, while causing as much chaos and confusion as possible.”

Eight smiles turn slightly feral.

“I thought you’d never ask,” Izuku says.

***

Tenya walked into class, early as always, only to stop dead in his tracks. The first thing he noticed was the a song blaring through the PA system, seemingly only in the 1A classroom. Tenya managed to catch a few words and was left wondering what ‘never gonna give you up’ meant. The next thing was the purple smoke pouring out of… somewhere. (It was hard to tell with all the lights off, thought the blinds over the windows let in some light.)

there was a woman floating near the ceiling, slowly spinning a disco ball with one hand and shining a flashlight on it with the other. The disco ball was being held up by a dark rope that looked rather familiar, and a random bald man was using more of the ropes to dance acrobatically in the air.

The desks had been shoved to the sides of the room, and Several more people were dancing in the center. Someone was singing at the top of their lungs in an off key voice while dancing on top of Aizawa’s desk, and in the center if it all was a man sitting cross legged on the floor with his hands in front of him, seemingly talking. Tenya managed to read their lips, and gasped when he realized they were muttering ‘please not fucking’ under their breath.

Suddenly, midoriya came bouncing up to him, shouting over the music.

“Come dance with us!” Tenya was about to argue, but he was already being dragged to the makeshift dance floor.

***

When Aizawa entered his classroom to see that it had been turned into a club the likes of which midnight would frequent, with half his class on the dance floor and the other half taking bets on the apparent dance competition, he immediately turned around and walked out.

He wasn’t paid enough for this shit.

Heroics went normally-

(“Kirishima, you need chest protection, and literally all the girls’ outfits are terrible, except Tsu, you’re fine. Kachan, you’re good too, but i suggest working with Hatsume to get a more refined version of your gauntlets.”

“Hah??? What did you say, shitnerd?! I’ll kill you!”

“Kachan, you asked for my hel-!” Boom

“The bean has been harmed! Get him!”)

-If you count destroying half a(thankfully fake) city block normal. Which 1A did.

Back at the dorms, Yaomomo was persuaded into getting phones for the vestiges. They immediately set up a group chat.

Blame all for shit

Fourth: what’s this?

First: a group chat!

Fourth: no, this… thing in my hand

First: …

First: YOU DONT KNOW WHAT A PHONE IS?!?!?

Walmart Ichi: first has been educating me on prequirk media

Walmart Ichi: it’s pretty cool, actually

Spiderman: why is Sixth’s name ‘lurker’?

Netflix Adaptation Ninth: a lurker is someone who reads but doesn’t post

Netflix Adaptation Ninth: in this instance, sixth has been reading everything we’ve said but hasn’t replied even once

Offbrand Icyhot: I just realized that we’ve been messaging when we’re all in the same room

Walmart Ichi: …

Walmart Ichi: we are dumbasses

Walmart Ichi: but we knew that already

Izuku was talking to seventh, who was floating along beside him. Emphasis on was, because she suddenly disappeared. Izuku looked around, concerned that she had been taken back into the quirk, when he heard a groan.

Turning around, Izuku saw seventh lying on the floor with a bloody nose.

“I forgot I can’t go through walls anymore,” she mumbled. Izuku stifled a laugh.

Snipe was heading to the range to try out some new guns when he heard shooting. He frowned, heading inside to make sure it wasn’t an unsupervised student, but paused at what he saw.

One the seven people who was supposedly part of Midoriya’s quirk was standing in the range, correcting said student’s stance. The man, who had salmon colored hair, nodded, and stepped back. Midoriya flipped the safety, took aim and fired, emptying the cartridge. He flicked the safety again, carefully handing the weapon back to the man, before going to inspect his work. He apparently did good, if his fist pump was anything to go by. The duo began packing up, leaving through a different door.

Once they had left, snipe walked over to check the targets.

There was one dent in each one(which were specifically made to absorb the impact of the bullets, curtacy of the support course,) all of them dead center.

Snipe shuddered. Maybe Midoriya wasn’t the sunshine child everyone said he was.

Toshinori was a simple man. He enjoyed helping people, reading prequirk contemporary literature, and teaching(even if he was still learning himself.) he tried to be respectful of others and to be a person worth being respected himself.

He was also very asexual.

He had never tried romance, but he never felt the need to. He had a job that he loved, and now his students(who he saw as his kids) let him have a second job he loved just as much. He felt fulfilled without a partner.

Sure, he used to be lonely, but he only ever wanted a platonic relationship.

So, these things in mind, when he walked in on the first, second, and third users kissing and cuddling, he walked out of there as fast as his skinny legs could carry him.

“Guys, I wanna hug my grandson,” seventh said. “And get him therapy.”

“I wanna kill ass for one,” second grumbled.

“We could kidnap Shigaraki and kill All For One,” Izuku says, not even looking up from his homework. “Two villains, one act of vigilantism.”

“Hell yeah!” Fifth said, pumping his fist. Second smirked, and first’s grin was feral.

“All in favor of rescuing Tomura and killing my brother, say ‘aye’.”

“Aye!” all 8 of them shouted.

20 minutes later, they were standing near an inconspicuous abandoned building.

“Remind me how you know where their base is?” Sixth asked.

“Plot convenience,” izuku said simply. “Now then, what’s the plan?”

“Good question. I say we wing it,” fourth suggests.

“Good enough,” second agrees, before walking up to the small building and kicking down the door. “WHATS UP, FUCKERS!” Izuku shrugs, before running after second, followed by the other users. Izuku and fifth use blackwhip to capture the villains while they are still surprised, the others standing guard.

“Izuku!” Toga squealed, squirming in her bindings. “Izuku I love you!”

“If you promise to go to therapy without any arguments or resistance, I’ll let you have some of my blood!” Izuku says. Toga immediately stops moving.

“Ok!” Turning to Dabi, Izuku continues.

“If you promise to not be a villain anymore, I’ll help you take down endeavor. He’s a real piece of shit.” Dabi scowls.

“I’ll think about it.” Izuku grins, looking at twice.

“I’m getting you therapy.”

“I would like that.” “never!”

“Spinner, I’ll help you fight for heteromorph rights and stain’s autograph if you quit your villainy.”

“Hell yeah!”

“Mr. Compress, I’ll get you set up to preform magic shows so long as you stop kidnapping my classmates.”

“I would be delighted!”

“Shigaraki, your sensei is an asshole who only intends to use you. I’ll get you Eraserhead merchandise and a corgi if you do well in therapy.” Shigaraki stops struggling to contemplate.

“Fine, but the league gets to stay together. And we get to play video games.” Izuku grins.

“Deal!”

Kurogiri warped them back to UA, where Izuku once again called Nezu.

“I see you captured the League of villains,” the rat said conversationally. First grinned.

“Actually, all we did was kick down the door. Ninth did all the negotiating.”

“Negotiating, you say? What deal did you strike?” Izuku shrugs.

“They get the help they need and quit villainy in exchange for no jail time and a second chance, as well as a little something to sweeten the deal.” Nezu hums.

“And they came willingly?”

“We sure did!” “No way!” Nezu cackles.

“Good enough for me!”

All For One was plotting, as per usual, when an alarm went off. Actually, a lot of alarms were going off. He frowned, wishing not for the first time that he still had his eyes.

Turning on his various vision related quirks(how naive these heroes were to believe they had him captured, He could leave at any time) he watched with curiosity as 9 people infiltrated Tartarus.

His first thought was that it was the league, as the group was beelining for his cell, however as they got closer and his more advanced quirks became active, he had a realization.

his door was blown off its hinges as the nine people stormed in. Nine very familiar people. Nine very familiar people who should be dead.

He was so, so, so fucked.
