Chapter Text
The rain started at 8:47 p.m.
Moyo didn’t notice it at first. Her focus was half on the old romance movie flickering on the flat screen and half on the Blasian man seated beside her on the couch. Ayo. Her best friend since forever. Her crush since freshman year. Her problem since always.
The thunder rattled, but not as much as her heartbeat.
She tucked her legs up under her hoodie, fingers nervously curling in the fabric. She could feel him watching her. Ayo always watched her like she was more than just pretty. Like she was something worth memorizing.
She just didn’t know how right she was.
"You cold?" he asked, voice a low rumble. He didn’t even look at the screen anymore. Just her.
She shook her head quickly, curls bouncing, though she kind of was. His hoodie didn’t do much against the chill creeping in through the rain.
He didn’t buy it. Wordlessly, Ayo pulled her into his side, his arm draping over her shoulders like he had a claim. She felt it in her bones. The heat of him. The pressure. The unspoken mine.
Moyo blushed so hard she thought she might pass out.
The movie faded to background noise.
Her breath hitched when he brushed a curl from her face. "You always do that."
"Do what?"
"Act like I can’t see you," he murmured. His hand lingered, fingertips ghosting along her jaw. "Like I don’t know what you’re thinking."
Moyo swallowed. Her lips parted, but no words came out.
He leaned in, slow like he didn’t want to spook her. His forehead pressed to hers. "You want me to kiss you?"
Her whisper was barely air. "Yes."
That was all he needed.
The kiss was soft at first. Testing. Teasing. He tasted like cinnamon gum and something darker. Something possessive. His hand found her waist, firm but gentle, like he’d been dreaming of this exact moment and didn’t want to scare it away.
Then his mouth moved to her neck.
She gasped. "Ayo—"
He kissed her pulse. Bit softly. Breathed her in. "You smell so fucking sweet."
Her thighs pressed together involuntarily. She felt dizzy, spinning in his gravity.
He pulled back, eyes dark and heavy-lidded. "Tell me to stop."
She didn’t.
He stood and offered his hand. She took it. He led her to the bedroom.
Moyo lay back against his sheets, hoodie gone, shirtless now, her curves soft and trembling in the dim light. Ayo knelt between her legs, kissing slowly down her belly, murmuring things he knew she wouldn’t catch.
Mine.
Been dreaming about this since high school.
No one else gets to see you like this. No one else ever will.
He tugged her shorts down, pressing kisses to the inside of each thigh. Moyo’s breath shook. She tried to close her legs, overwhelmed.
Ayo growled, grabbing her thighs and spreading them wide. "Let me see."
She whimpered.
He looked up. "You okay?"
She nodded, dazed. "Y-yeah. Just nervous."
His lips curved. "I got you, Moyo. I’ll take care of everything."
He kissed her again, lower this time. Right where she needed him.
Moyo’s hips bucked at the first swipe of his tongue.
"Shh," he cooed, locking his arms around her thighs. "Be a good girl and let me taste you."
She cried out when he started eating her in earnest. Slow licks. Deep groans. Like she was his last meal.
Moyo tangled her fingers in his curls, tugging as he sucked on her clit, his voice vibrating against her. "So fucking good. So wet for me. You like this, baby?"
She could barely speak. "Yes! Please don’t stop."
Ayo didn’t. Not until she came—loud and breathless, legs shaking, mouth open in a silent scream.
He didn’t stop after that, either.
He made her come again with two fingers inside her and soft, filthy praises whispered into her core. Her thighs were soaked. Her voice gone. Her eyes dazed.
He kissed her again, mouth wet with her, and she didn’t care.
"Good girl," he murmured. "You’re mine now."
She was too blissed out to hear him.
But he meant it.
God, he meant it.
