He was a myth to fear
The First Devil
The serpent of Eden
The Sin of Pride
The One who regrets nothing
A name to blame
A shadow to fear
A warning in every prayer
But what they never was this
A child
The joy heavan forgot
The one who laughed with wonder in his eyes

To heavan, he was worse
The traitor
The Rebel
The one who challenged god
They never said it out loud but It was there between the songs
He was their biggest regret
The angels never spoke of it but when they heard a child laugh, when they heard a question without fear, there hearts ached

Because they remembered though never admitting out loud
The one who laughed first
The one who questioned first
The one who danced in heavan with laughter and wonder

Not the king of hell
But their Lucifer

He was a bringer of light
The one praised by heavan
To humans, he is the king of hell, he is the devil to the angels, he is the traitor, he is the rebel but to god he is his child, his beautiful angel that he created

Titles that humans cursed
Names that angels whispered
But one title or name was never said after his fall
