The woods was peaceful as always eli enjoy walking in the woods ,Brooke rose was on his shoulder as he walked.
Suddenly eli heard a bush rustling, he heard Brooke rose make a sound, eli stopped and looked at the bush waiting for whatever animal to come out of it.
It didn't it continue to make noise ,was it stuck? Eli move towards the bush trying to not make a sound to scare off the creature.
As he got down to his knees to check to see whatever animal was stuck in the bush eli looked in surprised.
A lizard was stucked in the bush it was also a rather big lizard, it struggle to move trying to scramble out of the bush to no avail.
Eli looked at the lizard with sympathy, he assumed some animal or bird was trying to eat it and it fled to bush in hopes of hiding from whatever predator would not eat it.
Brooke rose made a sound Suddenly it alarm the lizard making it struggle even more alarming eli he fear it would hurt itself.
Eli reach slowly towards the lizard while hushing Brooke rose gently so she wouldn't hopefully scare the lizard again.
The lizard saw eli and looked at him ,it seem scared. Eli give a small smile.
" don't worry I won't hurt you I want to help you" he told the lizard.
The lizard watched as eli touched it ,eli noicted the scales were rough on the lizard and it felt cold. He grabbed it not to roughly while loking for where the lizard was stuck eli saw one it legs was stuck in the bush. He reached with his other hand and manged to get the lizard leg unstuck.
Once free eli held the lizard gently and pulled it out of the bush but as eli did, he saw a wound on the lizard leg that was stuck it was bleeding.
Eli looked at lizard it was watching him, he should treat its injury. He thankfully carried bandages for injuries animal and birds and help them.
He reached into his bag pulling out some bandages he looked at the lizard.
" i see your hurt so I'm going to bandage up your wound" eli says he doesn't know if the lizard understand him.
The lizard doesn't struggle or anything it watchs eli who sets it down gently and looks at it injury leg.
The wound doesn't look deep it apperd to be mostly a scratch, eli gently touched the injury leg and the lizard watch him.
Eli was gentle as he bandage up the wound ,he saw the lizard watching him the whole time once done eli let the lizard go.
" done your wound should be fine and heal" he tells the lizard.
The lizard looked at eli it seem grateful and then it quickly scurry away however as it something fell onto the ground and it shine in the light. Eli picked it up and once he did the lizard was gone.
Eli saw it was necklace it was made with fancy gems and had strange symbols on it ,was it the lizards? But why did it have it?
Was the lizard own by someone and the lizard tokk the necklace but eli couldn't see a lizard stealing a necklace, did it get separated by its owner and have the necklace.
Eli looked around the lizard didn't come back.
He looked at the necklace he'll hold on it for now maybe the owner of the lizard if it had one would be looking for it or maybe the lizard might come back.
Or maybe it belong to no one.
Eli put the necklace away he needed to head home.
It was getting late as he left to his home unknown to eli someone or something was watching him they begin to follow eli home . Soon it was dark and eli had fallen asleep.
The window left opened in case a bird wanted to come in or Brooke Rose wanted to go outside. Someone entered through the window making not a sound.
They look around seeing the necklace on a bedside table, before looking at eli. They approach the bed looking at eli.
Eli woke to silence which was weird Brooke Rose usually woke him up ,was something wrong with her.
Instantly eli opend his eyes and then sit up only to freeze.
This wasn't his room eli looked around, the room was bigger then his bedroom and more elegant like it was for a noble or someone of wealth.
Was he dreaming but eli never dreamed of something like this. He looked around not seeing Brooke rose ,he then looked down and froze.
He could see the necklace was on his neck ,he didn't put that on last night. Eli touch it nothing happened.
He was confused, he then suddenly heard knocking on the door. He looked not answering and confused.
The door opens and eli eyes widen in surprised.
The people entering were not human, they had ears or tails like a animal or feathers. They were dressed in servant clothes.
They looked at eli and one of them approach ,eli saw she had ears resembling a wolf ,she was dressed differently then the other sevents like she was in charge.
" good morning sir we're here to help you get ready for your big day" she says
Eli blinked in confusion big day.
" big day?" He says
" your wedding sir to our lord" the women says
Eli stood there confused he doesn't remember having a lover.
" your mistaken I not getting married " eli says
The servants looked him confused.
" but your wearing the necklace, our lord gave to you so your his husband to be" one the maid says eli saw she looked pretty young .
The necklace eli looked down a lizard dropped it.
He looked at them.
" your mistaken I never met your lord ,I found this necklace " eli says
The servants looked at him.
" sir why are acting you like this are you okay?" The women asked
Eli backed away he didn't know who they were, he looked at the door they were in front of it, he couldn't run from there.
He then looked at the window could he escape from there.
Eli quickly ran towards the window and opened it the second he looked down , he saw he was Atleast high enough that he probably get hurt badly or death.
Suddenly his arms were grabbed.
" sir what are you doing " this time one of the other servants spoked.
" please let me go there been a mistake " eli shouts he struggled as the servants grabbed him dragging away from the window.
" sir please calm down " one of the servants shouts
Eli struggled as he was dragged from the window,he struggled as the servants dragged him away once they were far enough from the window he was let go.
Before anything else could be say or done ,eli saw the doors were opend and no one was guarding it.
Taking the opportunity he quickly ran before he could be grabbed again.
" sir where are you going!"
He heard the servants shouting but eli didn't looked back he ran down the halls looking for a way out. He was in some kind of manor or castle definitely.
He needed to find the exit. As eli ran and looked around he turn around a corner only to run into someone.
" oof"
Eli fall towards the ground and looked at the person he ran into had wolf ears he looked at eli.
Eli swallowed
" trying to run away from your wedding?" The man says he had a deep voice.
Before eli could do anything he was lifted off the ground and threw over the man shoulder. Eli shouted as he was carried like a sack of potatoes.
" let me go" eli shouts
" ain't happing . You can't run away from your wedding " the man says
Before however he could start takeing eli back ,he suddenly heard a voice.
" Norton what are you doing to that poor man"
The man turn around still holding eli.
" luchino, I just getting your husband here from running away " the man know as Norton says
" husband?! Norton what did you do" the man named luchino spoke.
" you left your family heirloom behind to this human here you picked to marry so I brought him back so you two could get marry" Norton says
Family heirloom the necklace, was that man the owner.
" wait Norton i didn't gave to hi. It was accident " luchino spoke.
" uh huh, a accident you met this human while out and now your denying that you want to marry him ,both of you got cold feet suddenly?" Norton asked
Eli doesn't remember meeting anyone new yesterday before he say anything the man luchino spoke.
" Norton put him down!" Luchino shouts
" alright " Norton says
He sets eli down amd eli turns around to looked at the man.
Instantly eli froze upon seeing him.
Scales coverd the man body it looked like the lizard scales he saw yesterday, he was dressed rather casually if he was the lord.
Eli could see he had also had a tail like a lizard.
When eli looked at the man face he looked at eli in shocked.
" its you" he says
