Alina Starkov tried to end the battle with the Darkling but failed. Still her friends managed to escape and so did she, alone.
At least she thought so until she felt a life inside of her.
She birthed two boys, one who could control the shadows and one the light.(Takes place after Siege and Storm)

Hey, just wanted to say I loved it! I really like the unplanned pregnancy trope applied to Aleksandr/Alina because it gives us the opportunity to question what kind of f a father he would be. Would he use his kids as he did Alina? Will he blame Alina for putting kids into the world without a father figure? Would he even be capable of loving said kids if they aren’t as powerful as him?
Anyways, I will definitely be looking forward the next chapter 💕
