Summary
“I get it now.”
Damian locks his jaw.
Tim feels a smile grow on his face. “I guess this is your weird way of showing affection. You do things for people, but when you’re confronted, you do everything you can to save your image.”
“I do not care about what you people think of me.”
Tim quirks a brow. “You also say things you don’t mean. A lot.”

Summary
When Damian Wayne accidentally ends up ten years in the past, he's determined to find his way back on his own. Too bad a nine-year-old Tim Drake out batwatching happens upon him, immediately getting attached to this alternate Robin.
Begrudgingly, Damian tolerates his future brother's presence as he looks for a way home - all while doing everything to avoid meeting the rest of his family. He can't afford to change the past, after all.
Fate (and his love for his family) have other plans.

The more galas one attended, the more often one was held captive by the rogues or gangs or other criminals interrupting said galas. Most of the time, it boiled down to hanging around in an unfamiliar room for a few hours until rescue came. Sometimes even a few days.
Socialite children’s lesson number one when in a new environment – assuming one wasn’t tied to a chair or shackled to a wall – was to check the room for possible exits. Lesson number two was to check for hidden cameras or other surveillance devices. Gotham’s myriad of crazies had its fair share of creeps, too, after all.
Tim would assume alley kids worked along a similar code of conduct, based on the site Jason had left behind.

Summary
“Okay, yeah—let me rinse the soap off—not like it helped—and I’ll get my phone.”
But he didn’t get a chance to do that, as Chris had apparently already dialed because suddenly he was talking. “Dad, you’re not gonna believe what happened—no, no, I’m okay—really, yeah—nope, not even close—”
“Chris, give me the phone!” Buck said, reaching for him, but the kid was faster than you’d think, skilled at dodging.
“Buck got his finger stuck in a spoon—no, a spoon, Dad—yeah, I don’t know—no, like a wooden one—Buck was explaining why it had a hole, and then his finger was stuck—”
“Chris, phone!”
Chris and Buck are starting on Thanksgiving dinner while Eddie finishes out his shift, except they hit a little hiccup in their plans when a simple wooden spoon with a hole meant to help blend ingredients is set in front of the most impulsive man to ever stand in a kitchen.
So wearing a wooden spoon as a ring, Buck sits on the couch and talks with Chris while they wait for Eddie to come to the rescue.
