Summary
“You hate it, don’t you?” Namjoon asks out of nowhere. He nudges Yoongi’s head to the side with his nose and starts trailing sloppy, hard kissing down the omega’s neck.
“Huh?” Yoongi asks, too fucked-out to say anything more eloquent.
“You can’t fucking stand alphas but you can’t help the way your body reacts to me—the way you want me—and you hate it.”

Yoongi is an omega who doesn't like alphas. So, to entertain himself, he spends his free time catfishing alphas on a dating app. It's that very dating app that introduces him to alpha Kim Namjoon. Yoongi plans to do the same thing with him but, upon talking, he actually thinks Namjoon might be different from other alphas—for the better.

“Is it weird to say I miss someone I’ve never met?”
Namjoon chuckles on the other end of the line. “No, I don’t think so.” There’s a pause and the rustling of blankets. “Though -” Namjoon’s voice is softer now, secretive, “if it is, I don’t think I mind being weird.”
Yoongi turns his head, burying his face in his pillow to suppress his smile. “Yeah?” he asks, just as softly.
“Yeah,” Namjoon confirms, “I miss you, too.”

Long distance is hard, but it's even harder when you've never actually met. A road trip for the solar eclipse is an opportunity for them to meet halfway, to finally connect and see if the spark is real. It feels like there's so much on the line, but Yoongi won't let Namjoon slip through his fingers.
