Jason está tratando de hacer las paces con los cambios irreversibles que el Pozo del Lázaro le dio como obsequio de despedida, al mismo tiempo que debe aceptar que su tensa convivencia con el clan Murciélago está llegando a su fin.
Así que decide marcharse de Gotham, al menos por un tiempo. No necesariamente lejos o fuera del país, pero le gusta la idea de despertarse cada día con un sol radiante en vez de humo tóxico ensuciando las bisagras de su ventana.
No esperaba tratar con un Supersoldado alfa a inicio de su rutina en su primer día en Nueva York.

Peter murió.
Bueno, al menos así se supone que debió de haber pasado. Después de recibir el disparo que iba directo a su tío Ben, Peter despierta en un callejón oscuro y apestoso.
Y cuando ató cabos sobre dónde supuestamente despertó, se dio cuenta de que estaba en el universo DC. ¿El problema? Nunca había leído ni visto nada sobre Batman. Aparte que no leía mucho cómics y, en segundo lugar, era más fan de las películas de Superman y Wonder Woman. Lo único que sabía de Batman era lo que Ned le contaba cuando se quedaba a dormir y le traía sus cómics (sobre todo sobre un tipo llamado Nightwing y Red Hood).
Las cosas se complican más al notar que este mundo tiene diferentes reglas y que lo metieron de lleno en una relación que ni sabía que tenía con cierto petirrojo.
O Donde Peter cae en Gotham después de morir y termina cortejando sin querer a un justiciero hambriento de amor.

Summary
Peter Parker died in the Blip and woke up alone in Gotham City, a world where alphas and omegas exist… and where he apparently is an alpha.
Working as a mechanic while temporarily abandoning the mantle of Spider-Man, Peter meets a regular customer: Jason Todd. Rude, violent, dangerously handsome, and clearly uncomfortable with any kind of closeness.
Jason is hiding a secret that could destroy him if Gotham ever finds out: Red Hood is an omega.
And Peter, without fully understanding this new world, ends up becoming the only person Jason can trust during his worst moment.

Peter was dying. The Sinister Six had ambushed him in a warehouse and he couldn’t save himself this time. Before he died, Dr. Octopus turned on a machine that teleported Spider-Man’s broken body to a place that smelled foreign to his weakened senses. 'I didn’t even get the comfort to die someplace I know' he thought as he took his last breath.
