Summary
This isn't a story. This is me giving a little background on where Isaac is emotionally at the start of "Words Just Come Out". I thought I should add this because with the way "The Magic is in the Words" is being written, it kinda assumes that you understand exactly what Isaac would be dealing with emotionally. Then it occurred to me that-especially with the way it was all played out on screen-not everybody would have come to the same conclusion. Not everyone is going to be able to see straight into Isaac's head the way I can and the way Jeff Davis SHOULD HAVE.
But, I am lazy and have technically explained all of this before in a tumblr post. So instead of writing it all over again in a more cohesive way, I'm just going to copy and paste the tumblr post here.
I am lazy. Do not ever assume that I am not lazy. You would be very wrong. Because I am. A lot.
Also, in case you can't tell the whole thing is written rather sarcastically. But you should get the point just the same.

Summary
In the wake of Allison's death and the defeat of the nogitsune, our heroes and heroines are left mourning and drifting apart. A new boy comes to town and catches Stiles' eye. Isaac is withdrawing further and further into himself and it seems no one can pull him out. Without her anchor, Lydia is on the verge of self destructing. Scott is losing himself, but as Kira helps him put back the pieces, she discovers that she never really knew herself to begin with. Danny knows what's going on, but the deeper his friends get into this supernatural business, the harder it becomes to keep himself out of it. Something weird is going on and its all over the news. Could there be witches in Beacon Hills? Could it be something else? Peter's been quiet lately. He's fucking up to something isn't he?
Basically, we're gonna pretend that the last 10 minutes of the season 3 finale didn't happen and Maddie is going to create her own season 4.

Summary
Sequel to Words Just Come Out. Absolutely must read to understand.
Stiles would have made an amazing werewolf. His intelligence, observational skills, ability to think outside of the box, and unwavering determination would have cultivated him into the ultimate predator. Instead, he was wasting it on spellcasting. “Hippy stuff” was what Pappous called it. Certainly there was power in witchcraft, there was just no place for it in the life of a predator. And Griffin was a predator.
And it was too fucking early in the morning for any of that nonsense anyways. It was a Saturday, he should be sleeping right now. Fuck all of them.

Summary
Death is a hard thing to deal with, no matter how you look at it.
If you asked Derek, he would tell you that it would be better to know about it ahead of time. Having everything be perfectly fine, then suddenly being ripped out from under your feet is devastating. It’s like your heart being cleaved in two with no warning or precursor. One minute you’re whole and the next, you’re not. It can take years to even begin to process. It’s the worst kind of pain.
If you asked Stiles, knowing about it in advance is the absolute worst. Every moment becomes worthless and empty when you’re just counting down the days until the last minute. Until everything is over. It warps time, making some days drag out like weeks and others pass by like hours. It’s almost impossible to think of anything else. The oncoming tragedy becomes the focal point of your life, and that is tragic in and of itself.
But no one ever asked Stiles.
Part 3 of The Magic Is In The Words series. Absolutely must read 1 and 2 first.

Summary
****Warning: Slow to Update****
After his mother's death, Isaac is instructed by his doctor to keep a journal to help him cope.
This is a companion piece for "The Magic is In the Words" series. Therefore it starts before that series takes place, but continues on during (and possibly after) that series. Reading "The Magic is In the Words" won't be strictly necessary in the beginning, but once it passes the end of season 3, it will definitely be a must in order to understand.
As it is a companion piece, it will be updated as I am writing the other stories. So when I say slow to update, it shouldn't be unrealistic for it to go months without an update to avoid spoiling the other stories.
