Armitage Hux is an Agent working for the CIA, tasked with the mission of finding and apprehending the infamous hacker going by the name of Kylo Ren. Otherwise referred to as Master Ren, head of a team of hackers called The Knights of Ren. They're like a smaller knockoff version of Anonymous, but less of a joke it seemed. Most of his work had been relatively harmless enough to stay off the CIA's radar, mostly dealt with by hired anti-hackers. But as of late Kylo Ren had been digging into delicate information regarding the military weapons company First Order Munitions and they had reason to believe the hacker was planning to sell whatever information he got his hands on. If he could successfully find him and bring him in then Armitage would finally be released from field duty and allowed to retire. Things were never quite so simple in this line of work though.

This entire fic, my brain has been a constant stream of OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!!! It has a slower build in the middle but the author really knows how to maintain TENSION and drama and whump. A very rotating POV helps as everyone has an incomplete understanding of what's going on at any given time and is making their own assumptions besides.
