The air was thick of Chuuya’s scent, resulting in Dazai to let his lil curl slightly in distaste. He hated alphas who flaunt their secondary gender, not bothering to block their scents like he and Mori both did.
He refocused his attention back onto Mori as he drew himself back out of his alpha hating thoughts.

After the conclusion of the Phantasmoon Games, Dan Heng stays behind at Inkford Hermitage to recover. A surge of aberrant Wishpower at the hot springs results in an anomaly, and Dan Heng wakes to find himself face to face with the manifestation of his past, Dan Feng.
With illegal imagenae Dan Feng hanging over his shoulders in the form of a small dragon, Dan Heng runs into the absolute last person he wants to meet in the baths.
Blade stares, his gaze fixed on the miniature Azure Dragon who is, unfortunately, very recognizable.
“This is, um,” Dan Heng fumbles for an explanation. “It’s a—an imagenae that stuck to me.”
Blade’s eyes move briefly to Dan Heng, then back to the dragon for a long unblinking moment. Then, with a distinct feeling of ‘I don’t want to know’, he closes his eyes, shutting out the sight of the two of them.

"You’re overwhelmed,” Stratt said. There wasn’t any heat, any emotion behind the words. She was staring at him, hands clasped in front of her. She looked intense, as always, except she also looked soft. Her gaze was almost gentle, except it still had that underlying need for efficiency, that dry necessity everything Stratt did was tainted by.
Grace stared at her, gripping his shoulders with his hands so hard his nails were painfully digging into flesh.
“What do you want to do about it?” he bit out, more defensively than he’d intended. She’d use that against him. She was good at that.
Stratt shrugged. She had that same expression on her face she always had, something oddly sad and solemn for a resting face.
“I have tea and hot chocolate. I hear Americans like hot chocolate,” she said. She held his gaze for a moment more. She looked away slowly, eyes tracing the shape of the laboratory windows. “If you come with me, you can have some.”
