“Dad said you got to town Monday.” Eiri eyes him, clearly trying to fit the pieces together.
Tatsuha braces his neck with a hand before yanking it away when he remembers the coverup. “Yeah I uh. I crashed with a friend from college.”
“You had to come all the way to Tokyo to hang out with an old schoolmate?” It’s a flimsy story and unlike Tatsuha. It’s not that he doesn’t have friends or anything, but he’s also not the type to make a last minute trek just to hang out. For a festival, maybe, but not for such minimal entertainment.
“We went to a show.” He says quickly. That’s usually why he’s in town anyway.
Eiri looks at the no smoking sign on the wall beside their table with disdain before turning to Tatsuha.
“Grasper isn’t touring right now.” He says and Tatsuha just knows he’s busted. Maybe Eiri doesn’t know what he’s up to exactly yet but he knows it’s something.

His cheeks burn in a deep blush, halting the kisses advancing toward Yuki’s mouth. In the momentary pause, Yuki meets him eye‑to‑eye, so close that the smoke and tobacco on his breath wash warm over Shuichi’s face. His voice rumbles low, “Like what you see, brat?”
This picks up immediately from the first kiss of (manga) Track 3, but takes some very obvious detours before sliding back up into the flow of the track.

Summary
25-year-old Shuuichi's life has turned completely upside down. First, Bad Luck has officially disbanded..for good. And his relationship with Yuuki is now nothing but a distant memory. After being abused by Yuuki towards their relationship and discovering that he was being cheated on, Yuuki made the choice to choose his new relationship over being with Shuuichi. This caused Shuuichi to make the huge decision of being a solo singer as well as packing up his life and moving to America to start fresh.
While navigating his new life in a whole new country, he meets a slightly younger man at a local club in his town by the name of Chase. Chase is a young man on the autism spectrum, who is also trying to make a fresh start in his own life as well. Both of his parents are divorced and while the issue is not with his parents and/or step-parents, it has to do with a certain member of his step-father's side that has been causing issues for him, mentally, physically and even emotionally since the day he became his step-son.
With a sweet and budding friendship between the two of them, Shuuichi realizes that there may be more to his feelings for Chase than what he planned for.
