After Valentina announces the New Avengers. Bucky goes home to his husband, Sam Wilson, and their kids Winter and James Jr. He's torn between Sam's anger for a new team after Sam started forming a new Avengers team and wanting to stand by his new team. It ends up with endless arguing when Sam tells Bucky to leave. Bucky fears that Sam and he will be heading for divorce. But with the kids, they won't be just dropping everything to divorce. They need to take some time apart to figure things out. Bucky has a mission come up, complicating his attempts to get his family back.

Summary
The Asset did not think much of this thing they called its "bride".
A tertiary mission, seen from afar in slight glimpses between pulls off ice and missions.
They called it the Asset's bride with a sneer, a cruel laugh, like it was all some sort of joke.
The Asset did not think it would survive to actually be a bride, and yet, the "bride" was more resilient than the Asset thought. It was used to losing time. It was unnerving to lose time like this, falling asleep and waking up and seeing its bride get locked in a dark room, never to see the light of day, hear the sound of a human's voice, and then before it could even comprehend what that meant, it was out, in the Pit, beating men twice its size to kneeling, covered in blood and tissue, but even that was only a passing moment. Suddenly, it was no longer growing, bigger than ever before, its partner for a mission, with an order to "polish up" its training.
The Asset does not have many things of its own. Its clothes, its gear, the air in its lungs, the thoughts in its head, none of it belongs to it.
When they say, "This is yours," it's scared to ask what that means.

The storm is still two hours off according to JARVIS, but at this point, the team can’t communicate clearly over the roaring wind and they run the risk of injuring themselves or getting themselves killed if they can’t coordinate their rescue efforts. They’ll go back to the Tower, dry off, eat a hearty meal, and rest until the storm passes and they can resume their efforts.
Steve wonders how things have been for Clint, trying to manage Kate’s desire to launch herself into the storm with her teeth bared on the one hand and Jigsaw’s renewed fame in the midst of the evacuated crowds on the second and third floors on the other hand.
It’s an interesting time to be an Avenger, but when hasn’t that been the case?
