Society split, many moving Under and many fighting Above - Izuku stayed away from the war, scavenging and fighting in a World against him. He relied on no one, hiding a part of him that fought an Infection he shouldn't be surviving. And he'd been succeeding; until Mr Sbhigiraki came along.
