He's the demon who can kill with a touch. (As much as killing counts for down here). He's the sinner everyone wants to know. They ask him questions like 'Oh, Mister Borealis, what do you have to say about Valentino's newest project?' And 'Any rumors about Vox's next product?' And 'Does Velvette have anything planned for the fall season?' And, of course, those questions fit only for Overlords to know the answer to: "Where did you come from, Mister Borealis" and "Where are you going?"
But he has an exclusive radio interview coming up. One with an Overlord who really only has one question to ask. The one nobody else seems to bother with: "What's going through your head right now?"

The Underwood Rumor Mill, owned and solely operated by Inkwell Underwood, had been in operation in Hell for years now. A foot in the door with one of the larger papers in Pentagram City meant that taking money for a client to get some words in front of a large audience was very simple. There's more than one person who could see that, though. And Vox could see even further than that. A foot in the door meant a door that could be pried open. It was all a matter of finding the right tool for the job.

“He's sex-curious!” Vox insists, “Like how you fuck me because you're men curious!”
Velvette's voice pitches up, “I am not! men-curious! I've had men!”
They may not be in this together, but they are in this for each other and that's what counts. PWP with a little bit of fluff and drama, Alastor WILL lose his virginity and everybody will have an identity crisis about it.

This is not a line-by-line rewrite of Hazbin Hotel. The core ideas remain, but the pacing, motivations, and consequences are expanded and, in some cases, changed.
Several characters, such as Vox and Lucifer, have reworked backstories and arcs. These changes are intentional and tied to a broader political and thematic direction of the story.
Trauma, especially Angel Dust’s, is treated as ongoing and serious. Humor still exists, but abuse and coercion are not played as jokes or aesthetic flavor. Recovery is not linear, and “progress” doesn’t always look clean.
This fic leans into power, optics, and systems. It discusses who is allowed to speak, who is believed, and who pays the cost when truth becomes inconvenient.
If you’re looking for strict canon compliance or a lighter episodic tone, this might not be the story for you.
