He'd called it Leblanc, and Akira had grabbed at the name of the place that could have been his home, the place that represents the difference between having freedom and not, and keeps it tucked in close to him. For long nights in a dorm-cell with no windows, and for moments like this when he desperately wants to be anywhere else.
Akira Kurusu is arrested for assault. When his proposed probation falls through, he's locked up for the year instead.
