    Summary

    Was he excited to be teamed with Grian?

    Absolutely 100%, Grian was like his hero. The builder was the whole reason he realized leaving the Watchers was an option he had.
    -----
    So Grian was a bit of an idol for him, he was amazing.

    But based on his own paranoia he knew how Grian would probably react to him being on his team once they actually met in person.

    ~~~~~~~~~~
    Therefore it didn’t matter that he’d played in events with Couriway he did not remember him at all.
    And their schedules had not aligned at all through the weeks leading up to the actual event day so the pre-MCC time, building, checking settings, and so on, was the first time they were meeting.
    -----
    He’d been found and he was going to be taken back.
    Everything he’d worked for was going to be taken away again.
    ~~~~~
    aka
    I watched MCC Spellbound after having fallen down a minecraft speedrunning rabbit hole and taking Couriway as one of my guys and went a little crazy with two of my Watcher boys interacting.
    Went a little crazy so I gave them anxiety, issues, and breakdowns!

    Summary

    To the world, Peter Benjamin Parker died November 5th, 2011 in a fatal car accident when he was just 10 years old, along with his social worker, Samantha Lee Jane. The crash had quickly caused a fire–which was also the reason why Peter’s body was never found, only burnt pieces of his flesh in the debris.

    Spider-Man, however, was very much alive.

    Spider-Man also happened to be 14 year old Peter Parker–though, no one but HYDRA knew that.

    ***
    Or, Peter Parker is the newest Winter Soldier, trained to be a lethal enemy to the Avengers and disguised in a black and red spandex. What happens when Tony Stark realizes he's been fighting against a traumatized 14 year old this entire time?

    Summary

    For a brief moment, the quiet patrol felt less ordinary—like the night itself was waiting for something to happen.

    As Nom turned his gaze away from the quiet streets, a sudden sound tore through the stillness of the night.

    A scream.

    It was sharp and raw, echoing out from the direction of the mage’s hidden house and cutting through the calm like a blade. The wind seemed to falter for a moment, the rustling leaves falling quiet as the sound carried across the moonlit courtyard.

    Nom stopped instantly.

    The scream wasn’t one of anger or battle. It was the kind that came from deep panic—the kind dragged out of someone who had just been ripped from a terrible dream. The kind that left the air trembling long after it faded.

    His eyes snapped back toward the house, now feeling far less peaceful than it had moments before. The shadows around it looked deeper, heavier, as if the night itself had drawn closer.

    And Nom knew exactly whose voice it was.

    Scott’s.
