Summary
It's been difficult living such an ordinary life after Yuji no longer hosted Sukuna within him, after all the fighting was over. It felt like they had never really had time to process all that they had lost. Sure they were happy, and now openly in love, but Yuji was still plagued with all the horrors he had faced, especially when he had thought he had lost Megumi too.
Luckily for Yuji, he has Megumi now, and if there was one thing about Megumi it was that he loved Itadori Yuji more than life itself.

He wanted it to be the perfect day, where he would plan a picnic, or go to the park, or do something nice and quiet, just the kind of thing Megumi likes. But of course.
He had to tell him during a fight, because Yuuji couldn't keep his mouth shut.
Or: A very jealous Megumi watches Yuuji and Ozawa converse at a New Year's party, thinking Yuuji could never love him back. Little does he know...
