To others he is a quirkless 12 year old but to his clients he's the difference between life and death.While Izuku is starting his first year in the Prestigious UA hero course, word gets out that the experienced analyst is actually a kid, trouble begins to stir in the underground of a deadly dragon waiting to strike its lost prey.
