Summary
DJ Subatomic Supernova had truly just wanted to go for a stroll. A single calm evening not interrupted by paperwork or guitar swinging plutonians. But apparently that was too much to ask of the stars above. Just because he was charter did not mean that Nova was law enforcement. There was no need for him to interfere with minute street level disturbances in his district. So when he heard a crash and the start of a commotion he was already turning to walk the other way and let the proper authorities arrive. But then he heard a familiar voice.
"What are you looking at?! You got a problem??"
Neon J? It was hard to imagine the cyborg speaking so informally. And if he was involved in a fight it might be a fresh batch of "revolutionaries" not satisfied with the changes. So with a sigh Supernova started walking towards the ruckus.

Very wholesome, it’s pretty succinct with its plot beats (which is neither here nor there, kinda up to your personal preference), but the author’s punchy little jokes are really fun!
Especially fond of Neon’s dialogue here! Mr. Melodrama.
