The Commander physically jolted, his eyes darting to Rey’s flat stomach. “You’re pregnant?”
Rey made a little huff and crossed her arms over her abdomen as if to shield it from the ultrasound of his gaze. “No! Not yet, anyway. But I want to start a family, and you seem like you’re ready for that.”
He blinked. “What?”
Rey sounded exasperated. “You’re got a stable supply of food and water. You’re strong and well-established–”
“I… you want me–”
“What?” Rey squeaked, flushing beet red to her ears. “I meant you the settlement, not you the… you!”
The Commander’s eye twitched. “That wasn’t very clear."

Summary
Draco Malfoy is lonely, has burned all his friendships and is living in condo penthouse. Hermione moves into the flat opposite him and a discovery of friendship and romance evolves over the winter. Draco has spent the last decade trying to repair the damage and rid of cursed artefacts that were left after the war. Hermione is part of a special forces team at the Department of Mysteries. They team up when they realise Draco may be cursed.
Or/ Draco Malfoy has an inconvenient neighbour. And an even more inconvenient curse that prevents him from getting close to said neighbour.
Expect: banter, sweet romance, cosy vibes, low stakes, sultry moments (including in the pool), all your favourite cronies (Harry, Gin, Theo), some smut and a HEA.
