The neighbor's daughter looks up at Homeowner like she expects her father to walk in instead before going back to shuffling and playing with Fortune teller's tarot cards, her eyes still red from crying.
"We've yet to finalize an appropriate rental agreement." Armchair lawyer guy materializes in front of Homeowner and he has to refrain from turning around, leaving the room and walking out into the scorching sun.
"…And how do I do that exactly?" Homeowner asks, not even bothering to hide how annoyed he is.
"Uhm, do you mean to tell me you don't even have the requisite paperwork on hand? Then… I suggest you find a notary and procure them, hm? Tsk, honestly."
Or
Armchair lawyer guy insists one too many times about rental agreements. Coat guy intervenes.
