“I think I speak for all of us when I say that we don’t really…” he coughed, though Clark could tell he was just stalling. “I mean, we aren’t accustomed to hearing… those words.”
Clark’s brow furrowed in confusion before he was struck with revelation.
“Those words being ‘I’m proud of you’?” he said and this time he didn’t miss the minuscule way their shoulders tightened with a hitch in their breath. Clark smiled, a touch of sadness behind it at the implication of their behavior. “You don’t hear that a lot, huh?”

Summary
Izuku was terribly insecure about his body.
Bakugou couldn't imagine the reason why; not when the Omega had a perfectly healthy weight clinging to his more than attractive figure. With all of the surplus food that the warm spring brought fourth, Bakugou definitely noticed when his mate declined the meals he'd brought back. He was determined to prove to Izuku that he was still attracted to him.
What they didn't expect, though, was a surprise along the way.

Martha Kent was waiting for him at the base of the staircase with open arms that said “you’re gonna hug me if you like it or not.” Luckily, Bruce was prepared for this and welcomed the warm embrace.
“You’re welcome through the front door too, you know.”
Bruce’s face flushed, embarrassed. “One time occurrence Mrs. Kent, I promise.” She tilted her head and beamed at him. “It’s a lovely front door, I like using it.” He nodded.or Bruce cannot wait for Clark to come home from visiting Smallville, so he sneaks in Clark's window in the middle of the night (and ma and pa kent treat him like a second son)
