    After returning from his encounter with Eliza Cassan, and finding out about his origins, Adam is informed that Serif went missing. It turns out the CEO of Serif industries never made it to his rendezvous with Malik and instead left Adam's apartment on foot after informing him fo the illuminati conspiracy.
    With Detroit only a gunshot away from another civil war, Adam sets off alone to find Serif, and perhaps get some answers out of him. However, he does not expect to find himself in an alternate version of his city where the company he works for no longer exists, and androids have somehow become commonplace.
