“Well, if Tag gets her way, we’ll be adding another member to the Venturer team,” Sebastian said lightly. “I wonder if we’d be able to size one of those Venturer t-shirts for a baby, we managed to size one for Gertrude after all.”
It was a joke. A harmless, charming little quip.
But Rupert didn’t laugh.
He didn’t move.'
